Really unprofessional business. When we had a problem after install, we were pushed aside. When they finally responded, it was late in the season, then we had to follow-up the next season, and the issue is still not addressed. They made excuses as to why our system was installed the way it was. When we brought someone else out to look (like a second opinion), they informed us that we had been misled and that indeed there was an alternative. We didn't appreciated the run-around or condescending tone.

We utilize this company for a few commercial buildings we manage and they are incredibly responsive, professional and thorough. Highly recommend them! We use them for properties in Davis and Salt Lake County. As an owner of a PM company myself knowing the reliability of a contractor is a huge relief. Great job!

Jim at Automated Mechanical is amazing! He is 'old school' in the best sense of the phrase. Knows refrigeration units inside and out; always helpful, even when I call in for advice on a quick DIY. He is just the essence of quality. You don't find folks like him much anymore. Thanks , Jim!
