Chris and Brett did a great job installing our new heating and AC system. They were very professional and did a very professional job on the install. I'm a project engineer and deal with contractors everyday and these two were very personal and respected our house by laying down coverings everywhere they went in the house. They left the area where they worked very clean. Great Job Chris and Brett.

Came home and my furnace wouldn’t turn on. I called Barlow Service Experts to see if they could come that night. It was an after-hour service, but they arrived in less than 1.5 hrs. The service technician, Jim, was awesome! He fixed my furnace, gave me a few pointers on maintenance, and answered all of my questions in a very friendly/professional manner. Best part, the price was very good! Didn’t break the bank like I was afraid would happen with a short notice and after hour call. Every thing about my experience with Barlow Service was outstanding! And I’ll definitely be calling them in the Spring for an after season tune up on my furnace and a tune up on my AC before the Summer heat kicks in… I would recommend these guys to anyone! They were awesome!

Caleb was very professional and knowledgeable when doing our yearly AC tune up. Highly recommend him and Barlow for you HVAC needs.

I had noticed serval things that had not been taken care of and left when the furnace was installed. Rodolfo came to do routine maintanance and turn on the AC. He recommended a few things that I appreciated. He also started
Picking up and taking simple things that the installers should have done. He also recommend that the holes that were drilled by the installers in the outer wall be sealed off. The service was well performed in detail. He was easy to communicate with bringing his knowledge of explanation down to my level.
I was not too pleased when the furnace was installed and was questioning Barlows service. Rodolfo restored my confidence in Barlow and made me realize one careless apple doesn't ruin the bushel.

Trent did a great job today! He was very quick and informative. We really appreciated his sense of urgency.

We had Barlow install a new Furnace, Heat Pump, Water Softener and Tankless Water Heater... Zack, Luis, Jacob, Taylor, Andrew and Robert did a fantastic job installing all of the equipment... Very professional and friendly service... the install was complete in one day... very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions... left the work area clean. I will recommend Barlow and the guys who installed to anyone who needs upgraded HVAC.

Barlow did an ‘attic cut-in” for me, installing a furnace, A/C unit, and ducts in my older home. Barlow took the time to calculate the correct size of unit for my home (4 ton A/C) and understand my heating and cooling needs. The installation crew—Jacob and his team (Rob, Luis, Andrew, Taylor)—were very professional and did a wonderful job working in tight spots in my attic cutting in 15 supply vents and 3 returns. The installation was done correct. I am very pleased with the system and I love the I Comfort thermostat.
