Just Right Heating & Cooling

HVAC Utah provided great service from beginning to end. The receptionist, Ashley, was polite and quickly got me on the schedule. The technician, Chandler, was professional and informed me of the services he provided and gave me options on further service that was needed. He then followed up with the necessary part and quality care. When I need HVAC work again, I will definitely be calling HVAC Utah!

Had several other companies over to discuss our furnace and ac issues and was tired of the scare tactics and overselling going on. After being recommended by a co-worker we called HVAC Utah. Best decision we made. Tony was fantastic to work with and we now have a system that adequately cools our 2 story house. I am very happy with the customer service from my first phone call to now.

Great experience and very professional. I had a few questions and had a direct line to the rep who answered all my questions and assured me if I was unsatisfied they would make it right. A few days later he stopped by to see how the service was and check if I was happy. Great group of people and I am very satisfied with the work they did. 5 stars is for going beyond what other companies have in the past. A follow up was a great addition to the service. It gave me a few days to look around and do my own inspection and ask questions. Thanks again

A mutual friend highly recommended this company & I spoke with Tim the owner. He walked me through some trouble shooting steps to see if our AC issue could be resolved. I ended up scheduling a service call. The two gents that showed up this AM were amazing & customer service level was high quality. I would recommend this team to anyone needing HVAC help!

While there were problems with the quality of the installation of my new HVAC system, and I understand sometimes there are problems, but when there are, I expect them to be fixed, and in a timely manner. In the end Tim the owner took the time to stop by my house and discuss the issues face to face. Tim made sure I was happy and asked that I work with him on the remaining issue. A good company will make sure the customer is taken care of and Tim definately did that.

I did a ton of research before selecting an HVAC company to replace my old furnace and AC. It seemed like almost all of them had very mixed reviews until I came across HVAC Utah. It almost seemed too positive to be realistic.

I called and scheduled an appointment. Tony showed up exactly on time and even sent me an email with the quote before leaving my house. I was impressed with this as all of the other quotes I received took a long time and one company never even called me back. While they were not the lowest quote for the system I wanted, it was close enough to be a non-issue. With the added benefit of their own warranty, it made it a no brainer to select them. They were able to set up an appointment to do the install within just a couple of days after the quote.

Jessie, Kyler and Justin showed up at my home (once again exactly on time) and got to work. During every step of the process, they verified what I wanted as far as where things should go and they were very meticulous in making sure that I was happy about the results. Not only were they extremely courteous and knowledgeable, but they were meticulous about cleaning up and hauling all of the old junk away when they were done.

It seems pretty rare these days to actually have a pleasant experience when making a high dollar purchase like this but this was definitely an exception to that.

While I cannot yet speak about support down the road, I have been so impressed so far that I don't have any worries about being taken care of. I will definitely call them in the future.

Tony was excellent to work with. Very friendly, quick service. Easily explained the systems and answered all of my questions. Pleasant and clean installation. Follow up visits to ensure my furnace and ac was operating effectively and that I was happy with the product. They even vacuumed when they were done!

The best! I called HVAC Utah after another company failed miserably at diagnosing and repairing my fireplace. My technician was Jeremy, and he knew exactly what he was doing. Not only did he save me money (the other company quoted me at $300-$500 and the total work here was $214), he had the part with him. I had been waiting for weeks for another company to order the part Jeremy had with him on his truck! He took apart the entire fireplace, cleaned it out, and had it looking and working better when he left than when he arrived.

I will be recommending HVAC Utah to anyone and everyone I can. I haven't used them for regular HVAC work, but if I need to I will definitely be calling them in the future. Thanks again Jeremy, we now have a working fireplace in the middle of winter because of you.

HVAC utah was amazing. They were reasonably priced, matched their estimate, and the work quality is superior! The guys that came and worked on my house were very polite and worked hard all day. We were originally told maybe two days of work, but they were able to finish it in one, which makes it much better for our crazy schedules! My dogs didn’t even bark at them, which is amazing, because they bark at everyone. But that just tells me what a great group they are.
