Just Right Heating & Cooling

John, was the technician who came to our home today to service our AC. He was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. Overall, I have had a good experience in dealing with Just Right Air, which started with the folks who scheduled my appointment.

We had our furnace replaced by Just Right a few years ago, including a Heat Pump system. Due to some zone, thermostat issues with our Nest thermostat, they had to come back a couple times but never without complaint and worked the issue until it was resolved. The last few years have been maintenance visits where they clean and adjust to keeping it working well and has it been well worth it. While I had not used them prior to my current furnace, they are my go-to provider going forward. No hesitation.

So happy with Lance the tech who came to my home to service my heating system and repair my thermostat. He was honest, helpful, knowledgeable and solved all my issues! He’s now my go-to with Just Right Heating and Air! Great service!

The technicians were awesome. Did maintenance and cleaning of the furnace and renewed the maintenance program. They were fast and very checked everything. So far, Just Right has been an amazing company that treat you like a person instead of just a number. Very easy to work with even though I haven't been at times. Thank you.
