If I can only say more good things about this company but more importantly about my sales person (John) and the crew that came out to do the installation (Andrew and Malone). They were all INCREDIBLE!! I am still so impressed with their work. They were very officiant and super friendly. I am a female who’s husband travels for work and I didn’t feel unsafe not once. I left my house unlocked with them because I knew I could trust them! My husband called me over FaceTime and wanted to check up on the entire progress. Andrew made me feel okay with asking questions and he went into details of what he was about to do. Like I said, look no further. This company is THE best!! We’ve shopped around for a new AC system for over 6 months now. And I’m happy to say that I feel incredibly happy with this company!! INCREDIBLY!! Thank you guys ones again!! We appreciate all the work you did for us!!

Brad was able to troubleshoot and fix three problems right away. Including a gas leak that I could smell but not find. He was quick, clean, and explained everything. Thanks, Brad! Also Reynold took a look at my aging system and made some great suggestions about the best solution that focused on my primary concerns. And he walked me through the rebates in a way that I was able to understand. What a really good team!

Thompson’s has been a wonderful company to work with. We’ve purchased a furnace and AC unit. We get our seasonal tune-ups on units and have been warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Our technician, Brad was careful, efficient and friendly. I always appreciate the high caliber of folks that Thompson’s send to my home to maintain my HVAC system!

This is the most honest and knowledgeable company I have ever dealt with. Bill and his entire crew have done some fairly large (and small) jobs for us and we have never been left with any questions and our equipment has functioned perfectly. Bill has personally come to my home, on more than one occasion, to fix any issues that occurred, and his knowledge, efficiency and personality are second to none. His techs, Brad and Josh, have recently done some work and we had only appropriate repairs and services done with friendly and knowledgeable skill. I CAN NOT say enough good things about this company and would not hesitate to use them for any HVAC or related issue. You will not find better service anywhere, because it doesn't exist.

Thompson's Comfort Connection HVAC is the best! They had by far the most competitive pricing for a new A/C and heat pump furnace. Their rebate package was so comprehensive and easy to follow. Their sales people are not pushy, and their installers were so friendly and cleaned everything up. The owner even called to make sure I was happy with everything. I cannot recommend them enough! Ten stars.

Brad and his team member were prompt, courteous and very professional. They arrived in a timely manner, maintained my furnace, offered me a great maintenance plan. They even took the time to explain to me the things that they found and fixed. Highly recommend this company for HVAC services.

I've spoken with these folks 3 times, and have been delighted 3 times. Today Brad came out and helped me diagnose and do a minor repair on my heating system. More importantly, he was happy to answer all the questions I had about the system in this new house. Super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I didn't feel pushed into anything, and I'm very happy to have my "HVAC company" settled.

We had our heating and cooling systems replaced. Everyone (Mike, Devon) was great to work with and we are happy with the installation. They walked us through the rebate process step by step.
