I called Thompson's in a panic after my heat pump was damaged by work from another contractor who could not be reached. Even though I was not formally their client, they helped me understand the problem with the heat pump as well as helping to understand that it was safe to address the problem non-urgently. If it weren't for the fact that my warranty is with another company, I would definitely prefer to work with them!

Josh came out and gave me an informative review of the AC. Parts causing the problem and logical reasons for replacement. He also serviced my furnace and talked me through the heating process. Very knowledgeable and personable. I am now getting a new AC and feel good about the process.

Tristyn was very professional. Explained what were the most likely issues with my furnace at this time. It is nice to have the peace of mind from his explanation and if the issues become more common or the furnace takes a downward drop I will contact Thompson’s for a bid on replacing it.

The technician arrived on the schedule time and was very attentive as I very attentive as I explained the challenges we we are having with our heater. He mentioned a few Items that could be causing the issues and proceeded to inspect the heater. I asked a few general questions as he was inspecting the unit and he provided clear and concise responses. During the course of the inspection and tune up of the unit, he corrected the issue with the burners and provided me with a comprehensive diagnostic report when he was completed. Throughout the entire interaction with the technician he was very professional and respectful. I highly recommend Thompson's Comfort Connection and will use them for future HVAC work.

We'd been away for 2 weeks while our new house was painted. When we returned home (Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend) - the a/c didn't work. We called Thompsons spoke with Bill. He helped us troubleshoot, but we were not able to sort out what was wrong. Bill said that his technicians were busy but offered to come himself. He quickly diagnosed and explained the issue to us, and did not charge us for the service call!! He felt the issue might have been related to an earlier problem.
We knew from the beginning of the service call that Thompsons would be our new HVAC folks, and this experience was a good reminder that there are still people with integrity out there!!

I've had some pretty bad experiences with HVAC companies in the past. So i asked a buddies dad who is a contractor who he recommended (and I'm glad I did). They came out a day early because they had an appointment finish early.

Long story short, I found my HVAC company for life. Couldn't be happier with the company and their communication and overall professionalism.

And a side note the techs are paid hourly not on commission so you don't end up with the Jiffy Lube upsell pitch about how everything needs upgraded/fixed. I highly recommend Thompsons for any of your HVAC needs.
