Thompson's Comfort Connection

So grateful for Andrew and the crew for coming out and taking care of us today. They were efficient, quick, clean and very attention detailed to our needs. We were most impressed with Reynold Evans who came out and provided a bid. They were all very honest and it felt like we were dealing with a company with values and integrity.

These guys are awesome. Bill is brilliant with coming up with the best air conditioning and heating solutions. We just had zoning installed and it has made an unbelievable difference with the comfort of our home. Glad we did it. The installers were great and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend these guys.

Brad came to service my A/C for the summer today.
He Called before coming and was very informative on his job as well as teaching me some tips. Social distancing while wearing masks was very professional and care free for my family. As always excellent service and a lifelong customer.

We found ourselves in urgent need of a furnace this week. A referral took me to Thompson's and we were pleased to have them come out that very afternoon. All our questions were answered up front and a variety of options presented. We found our old furnace was in a pretty dangerous state and Thompson's were able to fit us in the next day.

The crew showed up as scheduled and after a quick look around they got right to work. Any questions or issues were discussed with us throughout the process with plenty of explanations of what was being done. The guys doing the work were courteous and friendly from start to finish.

When the installation was completed, time was given to explain how everything worked and how to operate the controls. They then presented the utility rebate paperwork (mostly already filled out) and helped us finish it and get it ready for mailing.

To sum up our experience, I don't think we could have done better. I made sure to call our friend who made the referral to thank him. And we would not hesitate to recommend Thompson's to anyone.

Very nice and knowledgeable people. They replaced my hvac system. The work was well done and they fixed an issue for me for free that another company told me I just had to deal with.

I have been very impressed with all my interactions with Thompson from the first meeting to the install, which happened today. They were prompt, professional and handled my questions in a respectful way. Installation looks great and everything is cleaned up at the end. The system is working perfectly as promised. I can say enough of Bill, Mike and their team.

Thompson’s Comfort Connection was great. Most importantly we received honest service! Our technician, Scott, was very professional, straight forward, and knowledgeable. No pushy sales or pressure to buy anything! I’d give them ten stars if I could.

We had another company come out and do a furnace tune up for us BEFORE we called Thompson’s. The first hour we had just the technician, then the “supervisor “ came. They explained to us our furnace was on the brink of wearing out and was not safe to use anymore. They then proceeded to not only sell us a new furnace, but since our water heaters were older, they would offer us a package deal. Oh...and this included replacing our A/C because we would need to do that with a furnace replacement. Say what??? And they would do it all for us the next day, for the discounted price of only $28K. Lucky us! High pressure sales with a friendly smile! And we bought into the stinky sales pitch. Think TIMESHARE presentation! By the time they left we were so confused and were ready to apply for a second mortgage to pay for it all. That’s when I called around for a second opinion. My friends recommended Thompson’s because they had done such a great job for them. Thank you friends, and THANK YOU Thompson’s Comfort. Our furnace is running great, and even though it’s older-it certainly didn’t need to be replaced! Same with our water heaters! Hey, if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it-or replace it! Thank you Scott. You were awesome.

Andrew and Omar were our installers. They were professional and friendly and willing to answer my questions. They worked well together. They explained everything about my new furnace and thermostat. I am very pleased with the service I received today!

I was very pleased with the service I received from Thompson's. The first time I called they gave me suggestions over the phone for me to troubleshoot just in case it was something I could fix myself. I respected that so when it was obvious I needed a service man of course I call them back. The service man was very knowledgeable and professional. He fixed my 24-year-old air conditioner. I know replacing it would be the best and he did recommend that but he didn't pressure me to do it. I get frustrated with companies who always pressure you to upgrade to new models, so I really appreciate that I didn't have that experience. The rates were also reasonable. I would definitely do service with them again.
