Thompson's Comfort Connection

Thompson's is absolutely amazing! Our AC went out and Tawna sent their tech Josh over within 24 hours. After finding out what was wrong he took the time to show me how to tell if a part goes bad and answered all of my questions then quickly fixed the AC all within 30 minutes! Amazing company with the most wonderful people!

We discovered on Saturday morning that our furnace had stopped working throughout the night the last week of December. The temoerature in the house was in the 50s and dropping. We called Thompson's to help us with our furnace, they came right out and covered everything under warranty except for the off-hours call. Our house was warmed up within a couple hours. They were very responsive and very helpful!

We had an upstairs furnace and A/C replaced. Thompson's bid was fair and gave us the best equipment for the money of the other bids. Reynold was very helpful in planning the work, and the guys who did the install were on time, efficient and courteous. We love the American Standard HVAC system and look forward to dealing with Thompsons again.

Extremely helpful service. Current problem could have been inflated to something much more serious, but the technician suggested and performed the much simpler and more cost effective solution. He also took the time to explain about possible problems in the short term, along with ballpark-pricing on upcoming major repairs and/or replacements. I really appreciated the personal touch and the concern for my budget. Thompson will have my business indefinitely.

We had a great experience with Thompson's. The knowledge and workmanship was fantastic. Both Scott and Devon went above and beyond what was expected. Being a neatnick I very much appreciated how tidy everything was once they completed their work. I would very much recommend this company.

Found an issue with our AC system. Thompson's arranged a time when the weather would be ideal for the service call and even moved the appointment when the weather didnt cooperate. The service tech arrived in the time window appointed and was kind and informative and helped determine the issue quickly. All in all, 5 stars for quality of service.

I had a couple problems. A drain pipe coming from a bathtub was leaking, which caused damage to a lower floors ceiling drywall. The drain was in a hard spot to get to due to the plumbing that was original to the house. My second problem was my AC unit kept freezing.

I read some reviews on some companies who over charge or don't show on time, if at all. So I asked some family members who they recommend and was referred to Thompson's Comfort Connection. So I gave them a call.

When I called I was speaking with Mike Thomson, who was very friendly and helpful. I told him about my two situations and since one is plumbing and another requires a certified AC tech., he informed me it would take two different specialist, but he was able to get both the plumber and AC tech. scheduled for the same time on the very next day.

Both specialist showed right on time. I had the pleasure to have Justin the plumbing specialist and Dave the AC tech. They both were friendly, informed me step by step what they found and what would be needed to fix the issues.

Both issues were fixed within a few hours. They cleaned up after they got done and gave helpful advice to help prevent future problems.

I am very pleased with the service I received from the first call to the finished repairs and the billing was more than acceptable for both jobs.

I am grateful I asked around and was informed of Thompson's Comfort Connection. I hope I wont need them again, but if I do I wont hesitate to give Mike a call.

Andrew and Kimball installed a new AC unit on our house. They were very professional and kept me in the loop on what they were doing. Ended by giving me instructions and a walk-through of the new thermostat and AC components for maintenance. Thanks guys, we'll definitely be using Thompson's for future AC and heating issues.
