Thompson's Comfort Connection

We have used Thompson’s Heating & Air Conditioning since we moved here over 3 years ago. They are great to work with!! You can always reach them by phone. They are friendly, professional and great at their jobs. We will continue to use Thompson’s and tell our friends and family about them too. Shout out to Brad and his co-worker (I’m sorry but I have forgotten his name). You were both awesome today!!

Solved the problem. Very professional. Excellent communication skills. Brad helped me understand the future implications of our older AC system in light of the current problem that he repaired. He explained things clearly and his time here was extremely helpful.

I have worked with Josh for years not only at my office but at my home. He is very knowledgeable and always willing to answer any questions I may have. Our AC went out this summer and he was here the same day to get it all fixed for us! We have enjoyed working with him and will continue to work with him!

I cannot speak highly enough about Thompson’s Comfort Connection. They came highly recommended from two close family members and friends, not to mention all the positive Google reviews. After working with them, the recommendations and reviews are fully justified.

Bill came and scoped out our project and gave us multiple options to choose from. There was no pressure, and he addressed all of our questions so we could make the decision that best met our needs, rather than selling us stuff we didn’t need, solely to benefit the company.

Once we made our decision after receiving several bids, Thompson’s scheduled and started our job quickly.

Devon was our lead installer, and he and his team arrived promptly on schedule each day (our project was extensive) and did excellent work. They laid down drop cloths to protect the floors starting at the front door and leading all the way to the work zone (utility closet and attic) and cleaned-up after themselves each day, both inside by the furnace and outside at the heat pump. Mike was also on site for at least half of the project. The entire crew was so professional and polite. Devon and Mike walked us through everything in the new system and answered all our questions before they left.

Bill and the rest of the team at Thompson’s Comfort Connection earned my trust, and I don’t plan to go elsewhere for future HVAC needs. Their pricing was transparent and fair, and their workmanship was top notch. I highly recommend them, and have already referred a neighbor their way. Do yourself a favor and have the Thompson’s team take care of your HVAC needs.

The staff are really great! They make sure you are taken care of. I had an appointment for a furnace tune-up and the original technician ended up having the appointment before me change into a fixing appointment. I thought I would have to wait another day. However, when I called to see when they could come, Mike Thompson came right away. He was fast, efficient, and thorough. He explained what he looks for in the tune-up in layman's terms. He was very informed and answered the questions I had. Great service!

I have trusted the work and service provided by all of the Thompson's Comfort Connection (TCC) service technicians. They are prompt, thorough and clearly experienced professionals.

Brad, who came by my house today to solve an issue with one of our A/C units, was no exception to my sentiments above -- he was fabulous!

The initial diagnosis was spot on and a quick part swap was all that was needed. He resolved this problem efficiently and deftly!

I am excited for a cool house with the hot summer months ahead and without reservation I would recommend TCC to anyone. If you're lucky enough to get Brad--though other technicians I've dealt with over the years are courteous and professional--you're surely in for a treat!

We’ve used Thompson’s for a few years and I only wish we had found them sooner. They have always come on time, completed all work quickly, and had suggestions and small adjustments that make our systems work better. I think the price is as good as anyone as well.

I highly recommend Thompson Comfort Connection. When I was calling around to get estimates on replacing my furnace and air conditioner they responded quickly to my request. They came out to my home and went over the cost and details so I would know exactly what to expect. They are knowledgeable and have been in the business many years. When they installed my unit, their technicians were very kind and courteous. I noticed they were careful with my home not to leave a mess, which that impressed me. I am pleased with their service, I give them a five star and I strongly recommend them.

Josh was great. We were told by another company we needed a new AC unit. Had Thompson come out and it ended up being just low. I will use them again. Honest company!

I am so appreciative of this company. First off, Reynold was awesome. He came to our house and explained everything really well. His number one priority was getting us a great deal on the perfect AC/Heater set up for our house. We got a quote in January, with a great deal. In April we contacted Reynold and he worked with Mr. Thompson himself to
still give us a great deal after our January quote had expired (also note, this was during a PANDEMIC). They were able to install our set up days after we agreed on a deal. The installers were very professional. This company deserves all the business they can handle. They care about their customers and their employees. Mr. Thompson honored our deal in April just because he was concerned about keeping his installers on the payroll and employed!
