Josh did some troubleshooting on the furnace, but recognized it was a problem with the electrical panel. So he fixed that! Very knowledgeable. Thompson’s were very responsive to our call and got us in quickly despite a high demand.

Everyone at Thompson has been really nice to work with. Our installer, Scott and Deven, were great. They worked quickly and cleaned up after. They reviewed the invoices and the final installation with me after the job was done. This was a big job and they made as easy and as painless as possible. We will definitely recommend Thompson to our friends and family.

Really great job by the techs. The salesperson did a good job but initially wanted to sell me both an AC and furnace. After we discussed the prices, we came up with a plan that worked. I got another bid and they were very close to each other and i really liked Thompson's employees, how quick they could install and the effort they put into coming up with and explaining a plan that worked for me. So I went with them. Salesperson (really nice person) lost 1 star for trying too hard on the AC. The techs were REALLY great on the execution.

I had Tom come and service our Central A/C today. I called yesterday to make the appointment. Tom was Awesome. He was straight forward, efficient and quick. He took care of us until our unit was blowing cold air. When ever I have competitors come in and service our furnace, air, and water... they always push me to buy a new unit and want to sell me there service plan to come in quarterly and service and sell me things I don’t need or replace things that don’t need replacing. It is so frustrating. Thank you Tom for just coming and solving the problem, being friendly and providing Excellent Customer Service ❤️. Bill was patient and answered all my questions when he came out for an estimate. He did not pressure me to purchase or offer discounts if I committed before he left. Devon and Nate were fantastic to work with during installation. They were tidy and respectful. They were courteous around my kids and helped work with me around my work schedule (I work from home.) Thank you Thompson's, we are excited for the furnace and AC upgrade.

Bryce was great, he arrived early ( after checking to make sure that was ok) and got right to work. It was my first time having a tuneup done on my AC and he was helpful explaining what he was looking for and what he expected. I learned so much and appreciate his patience with all my questions! My AC was low on refrigerant so he got it filled up and running better than ever in no time! He was thorough and efficient, I will definitely be signing up for the annual maintenance and will be recommending Thompson's to all my friends.

My second time using thompsons and Brad was great! He spent time diagnosing and getting to the root cause of my furnace not working. I ended up needing a new control board which he got and replaced same day! Im still very impressed and signed up for the awesome annual maintenance package they offer.

Reynold (who did our quote) was very kind and professional. Talked us through what to expect when our AC would be installed and answered all of our questions swiftly.

We gave them the green light on Friday and they started installing it that following Monday. They did an awesome job of setting everything up and informing us of how everything worked as well as testing it out before leaving. My daughters were very curious and are very social. They allowed them to (safely) watch what they were doing and let my daughters talk their ears off lol.

We have already felt a huge difference in our house! We went from a swamp cooler to central air and it's already worth it. Definitely recommend these guys. They did amazing.

We decided to go with Thompson heating and air after several bids for a new Furnace and AC unit. Reynold the installation engineer was very knowledgeable and professional. He provided many options. He answered all our questions and even was willing to speak with us after hours about their recommendations. They went out of their way to install ASAP because we were without heat. Great service from Nate at Thompson's Comfort Connection. Not only did he show up early to be on time for our appointment, her was also very thorough in his inspection and servicing of our system. He took the time to explain to us how the system worked and provided tips on how to best use our system. It was a great experience all around.

Working with Mike and his team has been great. They are extremely knowledgable and experts in HVAC. Not only do they know what they are doing but they are honest in what they do. I'd recommend them to anyone.
