Update: I took a step of cleaning as advised, and when the problem was no better, I called back to schedule repairs we had talked about as the next step. I was told I would get a quote in my email. 2 days later (mind you it’s July in Utah) I got a call asking if I had cleaned things. When I said yes I was informed that I would need to pay $160 for another service call and diagnostic, when they had already done that. I said no, that was already done and I expect a quote. They said they will not quote without a second diagnostic. Clearly just trying to take me to the cleaners. Do not recommend.

Original review: My central AC was in bad shape, but I was selling the house. The technician told me exactly what was needed to completely fix everything the right way, then told me things I can do for incremental steps of improvement to get the system working good enough. He understood I wasn’t ready to drop thousands and really helped me out for a service call/diagnostic fee.

Just Right Air has been wonderful to work with. Each technician is always polite, honest, helpful. They take care of my air conditioning and furnace. They call when I need maintenance and are patient when I don't get back to them right away. The office staff is friendly, kind, and professional. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this company. I have been very happy. I would recommend them 100%.

I got a 2nd opinion from Jason at Just Right Heating. First repair company sent two different people out and both came up with two different diagnostics. They said I needed to spend $2,000+ on repairs or get a new heater. Jason ran a diagnostic and ended up finding two wasp nests (one just inside the exhaust vent on the outside of my house and the other inside the other end of the vent right next to the heating system inside the house. He found the 2nd nest with a camera he ran down the vent tube. It was blocking the air system that caused my heater not to work. He took both nests out which unblocked the system and everything is working now. Cost was much less ($250). He was very thorough, knowledgeable and happy to answer all my questions.
I'd highly recommend Jason at Just Right Heating & Cooling.

Our service technician Julio was extremely helpful. He explained each step of the process and taught me quite a bit about our system which is an area I am not very well versed in. He also leveled with me as we were taking about possible actions to fix our furnance and AC problem without me ever feeling that I was being upsold or taken advantage of.

I heard a rather disturbing loud buzz in my a/c system and promptly shut the system down. Technician Zachary was dispatched out to analyze the problem and promptly found that it was simply a vibrating filter cover, much to my relief. Zachary was prompt, courteous and efficient. In a word, a really nice guy! All this cost us was a service call and now we are nice and cool again!

Our technician, Kurt, is a really nice guy. He takes the time to show me any problem, explain how it occurs and what effect it has on my HVAC system. I feel he gives me reasonably priced solutions without being offered something that isn't necessary.

JustRight is just possibly the best company I have ever dealt with. The people are professional yet extremely friendly. They are helpful and never make you feel like you are taking up too much of their time. The young man who came yesterday with very helpful in showing me things about my furnace and my thermostat. All the girls who answer the phone are nice to talk to and always follow through.

I have given your name to three people. One couple is very old and probably won't respond, my grandson needs you desperately and yet is reluctant to take advice from anyone and the third person said they would use you when they need a new furnace.

I am so glad I found you. Love my new equipment but love the people at your company even more.
