Jim was very professional, friendly & I felt safe having him in my house doing the work. He will give me a price on a new furnace, A/C & air cleaner. The charges were "Just Right". I will definitely recommend him to my friends & neighbors.

Replaced an old water heater by Just Right 2 weeks ago before it went out. Signs said end was near. Had furnace inspected at that time and found a crack. Got a new furnace today after 17 years of the old. Had ac replaced last summer as it went out after 16 years. Both were and are American Standard. No repairs since the install until the ac died and furnace got a crack. Great service free units for many years. I should ve good for years. The funny thing is the man who installed the furnace today installed the last one 18 years ago. That is why I only use this company.

Just Right Heating and Cooling serviced my old unit for years and provided warranty repairs, upgrade recommendations that were spot on, and did not try to oversell me at any time. However, recently my heat exchanger developed cracks due to its age, which Jim showed me on his video scope and fortunately was able to catch before there was any catastrophic failure or carbon monoxide leaks.

They replaced it today quickly with a newer, more efficient American Standard furnace model which has one of the higher reliability ratings on the market, and I look forward to years of service working with Just Right to take care of my home's HVAC needs!
