I saved alot of cash on a 5 apartment unit conversion working with Angel and his son Emilio. As a small business contractor they were willing to install mini split ductless multi-zone systems using the Senville brand (lessor known brand in Chicago), whereas all the other established companies wanted to use equipment many times more expensive and their quotes were outrageous. In all, they installed (3) 3-zone systems, (1) 4-zone system, and (1) 5 zone system.
The ductless mnisplit system's linesets can be a very complex install, so I was happy months later after the system performed well thru the winter and the summer. I've also had them investigate, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a complex system installed by a licensed technician that ended up being a complete failure.
Will work with Angel and his son Emilio in the future. Very thorough.
