The Kareem team did an amazing job with my AC install. I was unsure to repair or replace the AC and they sent a rep out immediately and was prompt and professional. from my interactions with the Majid I could tell integrity, transparency and service were key tenants in how they conduct themselves. I replaced my American standard with a Goodman. Looks pretty good and is working well. Will be sure to call kreem when I need my 2nd AC replaced!

I have used Kreem HVAC before for multiple thing like AC blower motor and water heater replacements. Recently I had my AC unit go out. Majid and his team came looked at the issue and offered me great rates compared to someone like TRMiller/HomeComfort. He did not BS about things that were not needing replacing, unlike the others. Majids teams was friendly and honest. Will keep using them in future.

Update: I called again when I was having an issue with my AC. They came out twice and cleaned off the unit, which didn't fix the issue, and never came back. So now I'm out $140 and my AC still isn't working. They did a great job with my furnace though, so not sure what's going on.

This guy is great. He came out on Christmas Eve on 30 minutes notice to fix my heater with a new fan. Fair prices and excellent customer service. I will use him for all my needs in the future.

My furnace went out in the middle of the night as usual, we called him and with in an hour he was at my house. He checked my furnace and told me what the problem was. My motor needed to be replaced. We had a new motor in less than a hour and the price was reasonable. The service was excellent and professional, he even did a follow up call the next day. I love good customer service. Would definitely recommend his company and I would use again if needed.

Called in Emergency Service no heat and also my Father is bed bound at home. They Responded and dispatched Tech immediately. Arrived on time and Replaced the Thermostat and Serviced the unit. Very Professional and great quality work. Definitely will call them again and very highly Recommend.
