The technician arrived within the time period expected. Very polite and personable. Inspected our Trane system inside and outside, diagnosing the problem quickly, and had the parts with them to repair. As usual we are once again glad we called Westin Air in 2012 to switch from fuel oil to a heat pump system. Thanks again !!

Nicholson Heating & Air Conditioning installed a new AC unit in our house. We were so happy with the price and service that we used them to install a second unit in the mater bedroom. There was a miscommunication with the second install and we were not happy with it. We asked Nicholson Heating & Air Conditioning to come back out and fix it and they did. I think that says a lot about how professional they are. Anyone can provide a product or service but it is hard to know who will stand behind their work. We will definitely use Nicholson Heating & Air Conditioning again.

Nicholson Heating & Air Conditioning replaced my HVAC today. The technicians were very professional,prepared and did a remarkable job of cleaning up afterwards. did go out for 3 quotes and they were the lowest with the best terms.I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them.
