My water heater busted and I called up Air Care Heating and cooling. The pro arrived on time and was ready to answer all my questions. He even went above and beyond to explain things so that I completely understood and was aware of the work being done upfront. The work done was above and beyond my expectations on every level. The pro was knowledgeable and friendly and pricing was more than fair for the services rendered. I recommended him to all my friends and family and have heard back only good.

Have called them multiple times and always gotten EXCELLENT service backed by their parts/labor warranty. They are a family owned business for over 45 years and it shows! I have had no complaints even after recommending them to neighbors, friends, and family.

I’m not one to usually leave reviews but I had to for Air Care Heating and Cooling! I have used them on multiple occasions after shopping around originally and having a good first experience. They always get the job done for me but also so far have always been on time and had very fair pricing compared to their competitors from what I’ve been quoted. The technicians have all been very kind and mindful of my house/property when entering.

It’s great to have a go to local family business I can support while not getting taken advantage of. They’ve been around Bolingbrook for years apparently just wish I discovered them earlier! Thanks Air care!

They came on time and walked us through the whole process and perfectly explained to us what was wrong with our air conditioning system and then fixed it perfectly even though our ac was located in a spot that was hard to get to.
