This company was amazing! First we had Kurt who came to see if he could fix our furnace. He was so nice and honest. We decided to call for a quote since we our furnace was on its last leg. They sent Tom who was amazing! He was fast and only showed us what we really needed, instead of trying to over sell us. Then Carver and Daniel came for the installation. They two were fantastic. They were fast, efficient, on time, and they cleaned up so nicely when they were done. If you need a new furnace installed or AC unit, I would use this company and ask for Carver and Daniel specifically. Such great service. Thank you!

I’ve been using the company for my yearly maintenance for my AC and heater for a while. On Saturday night we discovered that our heater wasn’t heating. Their website says they provide 24 hour a day emergency service, so I called. I was told their first appointment was on Tuesday; so we would be another 3 days without heat in middle of January. I made the appointment and then called another company who came out the next day and got us up and running again. I’m giving the second star because they did call me back to confirm the appointment.

These guys rescued us at the end of summer when our 30 year old a/c and furnace died. We got three bids (all competitive) but the way these guys walked through things with us and helped us narrow down the most fiscally sound choice (without upselling efficiency just for the buzz words) won us their trust. And I'm glad we went with them. The unit they installed is the perfect fit for for this house and the quality of their workmanship is fantastic. They answered every annoying question I threw their way or went and tracked down an answer when they didn't know. I truly feel this company has honesty at the core of their business model.

I've used Just Right for both a house inspection and entire HVAC replacement and highly recommend them. I worked briefly with a different HVAC company because the brand website gave me limited local options to replace a failing component, and that was not a great experience. Going back to Just Right for the full system replacement, everything I disliked about the other company was .. Just Right. Friendly staff from start to finish, professional, thorough, well trained, low pressure sales, and the install team went above and beyond to avoid cutting drywall when a thermostat wire wouldn't pull through, reducing noise on a loud return, and also making sure side-venting on the house for the new furnace looked good. High quality work, and just a good experience from start to end.

After weeks of living in an 80-degree house, we are feeling COOL tonight! Just Right was here from 9:00 am to after 8:00 pm—one man short but so hard working, efficient, and diligent. They were clean and considerate and VERY communicative about the entire process.

Kyler in particular blew us away with how he took charge, lead the team with kindness, and made sure each detail was exactly right—taking the time to perfect the work of another technician after everyone else had left. He waited for us to get set up with the thermostat and the companion app, and he answered all our questions with patience and poise. He took care to wear booties while moving through our house. They fit us in and offered to come earlier when they had an opening. Our furnace was not working correctly. The technician was very friendly, knowledgeable, and through. Zachary was so nice. He had been working all day and had more to do after me. He didn’t complain. He stayed upbeat. Was friendly and caring. He was efficient and trained well and skilled to do my repairs and give me some piece of mind. Even after telling me they couldn’t come out, Zachary made the effort to come to Park City down to Clinton at 9:30 at night. So grateful for these guys and their willingness to help and serve me. For sure I would recommend Zachary and the whole team again.

LONG REVIEW BUT WORTH THE READ

Convinced me my 17 year old, very well maintined Carrier system was about to fail any minute. Why was it going to fail?
1. Capacitor was pulling to many amps and was about to fail.
2. Fan was pulling too much power and was slowly failing.
3. Refrigeration line (Smaller of the two) was running too warm and was a sign my system was working way to hard and about to fail.

He told me without question replacing the entire system was recommended. I told him I had to think about it so he convinced me to spend $350 at the moment to buy a new capacitor that wouldn't pull so many amps. Doing this he said would hopefully extend the life of the system long enough for the new system to be installed. Not sure if it's because Just Right has something against my Carrier Brand AC system. I was ready to pull the trigger and buy a recommended Trane system. I decided to slow down and call a friend that has 30 years in the industry. He told me NOT to buy Trane but to buy another Carrier brand system because carrier is probably the best brand and has very ready parts available almost all the time. He actually told me to get the system rechecked by a Carrier specific service technician and I'd probably be surprised at the difference from what Just Right HVAC told me.

The carrier technician came out and said he believed the system could eaily last another 5 years. This system is already 17 years old but he said hey if you want to spend all sorts of money chasing efficiency go ahead and buy a new system but this system as it is right now is just fine and will continue to do the job. you already have a new capacitor so we know that's not going to be an issue, and if your fan does fail big deal don't replace the whole system it's a $400 part that we can replace tomorrow. As far as the refrigeration line, it's supposed run warm that is totally normal.

I am not impressed with Just Right and will not be doing additional business with them.

Just Right did contact me and send out senior technician to make things right. I was appreciative of the tech that came out and talked to me. He did however confirm that I was given false information from the original technician which he apologized for. I appreciate the effort to make it right but not sure I'll do any business with Just Right moving forward.

Needed a new A/C unit after the old one froze up. Just Right had a detailer come out and I had a new unit installed in just 10 days. Tech showed up when scheduled, provided quality installation and cleaned up afterwards. Very happy with my new unit
