HVAC Utah is AMAZING!!! Do not pass go, do not collect $200, do not call anyone else, just use HVAC Utah! Let me tell you why. I am very picky and have high expectations for my HVAC systems. I'm not in the industry, but a hobby of mine is to study and learn about HVAC systems. (I've studied manuals J, D, T, and a bunch of others. For those of you who don't know, those are the tech manuals that somewhat govern and guide the HVAC professionals in what they do.) As a result of my studies, I hold HVAC professionals to a higher standard than most people do. I can tell you that you can put 100% faith and confidence in Tim and his company, HVAC Utah.
I just completed two new installs in my home using HVAC Utah. These were quite complex and challenging systems, both were zoned, and one space had very limited options for ducts, registers, return air, etc.
Tim came out and spent a few hours a couple of times to go over design and logistics. He has a wealth of knowledge, and not only catered to all of my specific requests and wants, but also made sure it was all done in the highest quality possible. (For example: He used hard duct everywhere...including taking the time to wrap it with insulation for the un-insulated spaces whereas most HVAC contractors would have cut a corner and used duct board and pre-insulated flex duct.) His install crew is outstanding, and whenever I had a question or concern about something, Tim was always highly responsive and would take care of anything that needed to be taken care of.
I've never had them not get back to me, even when I've needed service. The other awesome thing is that as soon as an appointment is set, they have a computer system that shoots you an email that tells you when the tech is coming, what address he's coming to, and contact information if you need to make any changes. I even got emails everyday during my installations so I knew what and when to expect someone the next day. Never once have they missed arriving within their two hour arrival window...and usually if the tech can see he will be delayed more than an hour from their earliest quoted time you get a phone call giving a heads up. Who does that in this industry? HVAC Utah does! Their pricing is very fair as well! In fact, I think it's worth every penny for the quality of work you get for the price! Tim is a very straight shooter and 100% honest. He won't charge you for anything that isn't perfectly justified. You will always feel confident you got your money's worth when get your final bill.
The quality of their work is second to none, and all of the 7 HVAC Utah team members I've worked with have been fantastic to have in my home working. They have all been pleasant and professional.
So coming from someone who knows a thing or two about HVAC systems, and someone who has worked with no less than 4 other HVAC contractors over the years, and someone who has worked with HVAC Utah on a number occasions now, I would encourage you to not even bothering to call anyone else. Could you find a less expensive contractor out there? Probably. Could you find a more expensive contractor? Yep! How do you get high quality work, without breaking the bank and at the same time not getting ripped off? Use HVAC Utah! I promise you won't be disappointed in the products, work, service and cost. They will take good care of you!

Amazing company! It was the hottest weekend of the year, my AC went out and I had 2 other companies come out and give my lousy advice and could not fix it properly. This company showed up at 9 pm and was there till after 11:30 pm with a light working on my system and fixed it and I have had no further problems. Great skills and great customer service!! If you want it done right in the beginning , call this company. Tim is awesome.

Excellent service & very professional. Jesse was fantastic. They finished earlier than expected, cleaned everything up and were flexible in working with the changing delivery dates of our appliances. Would recommend to anyone & will likely use them again.

Troy came out to help fix our furnace after we woke up freezing. He was quick to get to our home and fixing the problem so we could have heat again. Their prices are definitely competitive and customer service was unbeatable. I will definitely recommend them to others!! Thank you HVAC Utah.

Technician came early which was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and clear in his process, diagnosis, and follow up. He also quoted me one cost and discovered the service was actually higher, but he gave me the lower price admitting the mistake. Great integrity!

We moved into our house a couple of month ago and the seller provided us with a home warranty. In the fall of 2015 we called that home warranty company to have the annual maintenance done on our heater system. It was not HVAC Utah and we weren't impressed at all. When it was time to schedule an appointment for our annual A/C maintenance we made sure that the home warranty did not send us the other company again. And they selected HVAC UTAH for us. Today we had the appointment with Ron (Ronald) from HVAC UTAH and are very happy. The impressive thing is, they confirmed our appointment, said who the technian was, and incouraged us to read about him on their website. We liked it, because is was personable, and you saw a face and knew who was coming to the door. Ron (HVAC UTAH) respected our house by wearing booties over his shoes. Ron was also answering all the questions we had. Ron did find a minor issue with the A/C and explained how he fixed it. We had a great experience and can therefore highly recommend HVAC UTAH. We will request them again with our home warranty for this fall or any issues with Heater or A/C. Thank you, Ron, for your great customer service.

We have had these guys out a few times, to replace our furnace and to clean and adjust the fireplaces. They always do good work. Timely, good prices, and quality equipment. We had a humidifier added later and it tied right in to the equipment which was installed with the furnace so we didn’t need an extra controller or panel and it all works together. I can check my homes temp and humidity remotely. I don’t love the app for remotely accessing the system, but that is a developer issue not installer issue. I recommend these guys to anybody needing furnace work done.

Tony and his crew were so professional, knowledgeable and prompt when installing our new heater. They answered all my questions and were very careful when removing our old heater. I would definitely recommend them!
