Ordered a furnace service and cleaning after moving into a new house. House was built in '92 and has the original furnace. Jeremy and Ian arrived early and got right to it. After finishing they shared and explained the test results and said the furnace looked great, especially considering its age. This was welcome news. There was no pressure for extra service or replacements. Will definitely recommend HVAC Utah to friends/family.

Black diamond technician "Ron" was extremely knowledgeable about the system and was willing to explain the trouble shooting and repair process. I just moved into a house that is 25 years old and has original furnace, AC almost as old. Just before winter I decided to get a tune up and used my home warranty and asked to get a quote for new installation on both at the same time.

The contracted HvAC company was supposed to come on Tuesday and these guys were right down the street. I decided to get another quote before making a commitment.

Greg from Just Right Air came later that afternoon and blew me away with his attention to detail, pathway planning for a furnace upgrade from 80% to a 90%+ due to my unusually awkward house construction. I also expressed interest in switching AC to Heat Pump since electricity is cheaper than gas here and many states are leaning towards mandating it.

I used this later to test the contracted company rep which was poorly trained on sales, not his fault, and more so on the owner who was supposed to get back to me with a quote.

Furthermore, Greg helped me with choices, quotes, federal tax incentives, and when the pandemic prevented Trane from letting workers in to complete my order, transition to a Daikin (Japanese company which bought Goodman and Amana and improved their bleeping quality). Give Greg a call.

We have dealt with HVAC Utah for 3 years now. Everytime they come out they find the problem and fix it as well. Most recently Channing was out to take a look at our AC/Furnace and he quickly diagnosed the issue and got it fixed. So happy for the great service!

Our furnace blower motor burned out so we were without AC. Tony was low pressure in presenting us with furnace options and didn't push us when it took a couple of days to decide what we wanted to do. The furnace was about 21-years-old so we opted to replace it. Kevin and Jesse installed our new furnace. They were neat and polite and pleasant to have working in our home. Our home has been without air conditioning for a little over a week, (in crazy hot August temperatures), so it will probably take a good day for the AC to bring the temp down. Sure makes you appreciate modern conveniences and the people who have the skills to get those things working for you! Would highly recommend this company and the three employees we mentioned.

Justin from Black Diamond is excellent! He communicated with me his arrival time then got the AC back on line quickly and efficiently. The whole visit he was communicating the processes and testing procedures he was performing rather than trying to sell me additional services or equipment. You knew he was a well trained and professional technician rather than a salesman. Justin gets 5 stars!
