Can't recommend these guys enough. Our number one goal was high quality work. They delivered in spades.

Every other contractor we talked to said they'd have to tear out some of our drywall. But Troy was able to do it without tearing anything out!!!

They cost more than the other bids we got. But the others seemed to be cutting corners. Placing vents in odd places and not running a new trunk line when that's what we really needed. Mark, who bid our system and designed it, was obviously very knowledgeable and concerned about doing it right. He was also incredibly courteous and patient with my many, many questions.

Again, I can't recommend these guys enough. They are the best!

Well now that it’s winter, we’ve been putting the furnace and duct work to the test. And I’m extremely disappointed. At least in regards to a single room. Remember how they were able to get by without tearing down drywall? Well I wish they had.

The original bid had a new trunk line being run by said bedroom. But instead, the tech ran a single round pipe in order to avoid tearing down the drywall. I asked him about it and he said it would be fine. At the time I assumed he was trying to save me trouble by not tearing out the drywall. I now suspect he was being lazy.

I think the original design was solid. And it’s what I paid for. The implementation was a failure. I wish Mark had come back to check the work. Or I wish I’d pushed harder when I saw the design had changed. I trusted that the tech knew what he was doing. But even at the time I had a nagging feeling it wasn’t right. I should have trusted my instincts. But I was worried about offending Shane.

SIGH. Every time I walk into that room, my heart drops a little. But the damage is done. We’ve since finished our basement. So there’s no fixing it now.

So the owner of the company saw that I had a bad experience and contacted me. He came out and spent a day reworking my system. He got the room MUCH warmer. I didn't think there was anything he could do but he made it happen. I'm very happy. Thanks Tim! Great customer service. 5 stars!

I just purchased a heating and air conditionerioning system and I’m very happy with the experience I’ve had. Tony was the salesman that came to my house and did some measurements to ensure that i bought the right system for my home he gave me some options and didn’t pressure me to buy any certain one. The three guys that installed the system were very professional and easy to work with. I would recommend these guys to anyone my whole experience with them has been positive and as pleasant as it could be.

Great service and my installers were fast! Tony came over the following week to make sure the install had been done correctly and I really appreciated that. Glad I made the decision to use HVAC Utah!

The HVAC team was great! Tony listened to what I wanted, made good points, provided two excellent bids to choose from. The guys that installed the furnace were very professional. Recommended!

I had a great experience! A tech came over this morning and I loved that he texted us prior to coming to make sure we’d be home and also that he came when he said he would. He was very friendly and so happy to explain things to me. It turned out that our A.C wasn’t working because the outside breaker was switched off. He discovered that right up front and flipped it on. Now our A.C. Is working just fine. I loved that he was so honest and let us know that it was a simple solution. I highly recommend HVAC Utah! 😊

The tech was helpful, and showed up on time. Unfortunately the cost to replace the faulty part in my AC was going to be $200, for a part that I could find online for less than $20. I'm glad he told me what the issue was and was upfront about the cost,, but I decided to replace it myself and buy myself nice dinners for a week.

If your home is due for a new HVAC, welcome to the club. Our original (22-yr old) HVAC unit was due for replacement so I called different HVAC companies for a quote. I scoured the internet to perform my due diligence and extensively researched different equipment/companies.

What I found is that the top 3 to 5 HVAC equipment (Trane, Lennox, American Standard, etc) are all equally comparable. The BEST equipment installed by a POOR installer will give POOR results. What matters more is the quality of the install and the service you get afterwards. I did not want to regret my decision so after I crunched the numbers and reviewed my research, I signed with HVAC Utah and I am glad I did.

1. They have a solid 5-star review rating on Google. I understand you can't believe everything you read on the internet but I realize it's much easier to write a bad review than a good one. Anyways, I had a good feeling about HVAC Utah.
2. Their Comfort Advisor and Service Manager, Tony Bassett, explained all my options, the various equipment available, and the entire project in detail and quoted a very competitive price. He also gave financing options. Tony is a true professional who won't oversell or pressure you into the sale. He always reiterated that it's your decision. You are always in control.
3. The installers led by Kevin did a great job removing the old HVAC and just a fabulous job installing the new one. They were all very courteous and cleaned everything up upon completion and on schedule as promised.
4. Tony followed up after a few days and inspected the completed work to ensure it was done correctly and I was completely satisfied.

One thing about me is, I'm very time conscious and I noticed both Tony and Kevin arrived at the house a few minutes before the time of the appointment and at my door at the exact time of the appointment. These guys are all very professional and great at what they do. I am confident that they will stand by their workmanship and word. I am happy to have gone with HVAC Utah. I can easily and honestly recommend them to anyone requiring their service.

Great experience! Our air conditioner went out with temps at 95! HVAC Utah quickly responded and came the very next day. Jeremy was fantastic! He found the problem quickly and fixed it! Highly recommend him!!!!

Channing Cook at HVAV Utah was so pleasant to work with. They fit us in the morning which was nice. He arrived quickly and right off knew what was wrong with our AC. The service call was quick and easy on my end. There was a little mess from him getting into the attic to see the furnace. Multiple times he kindly offered to clean it up because he “doesn’t like to leave a mess in the houses he goes to”. He explained everything in an easy to understand way and made sure I knew what to do and watch for after he left. They have a free 30 day service call waver in case anything goes bad again.
