Very satisfied with our experience! Our new furnace and air conditioner were replaced in one day and are operating flawlessly. They were very professional and knowledgeable. Shane Carter was very helpful in guiding us in selecting the perfect unit for our home. We are very pleased with the comfort of the new unit and have noticed a decrease in our utilities since installation. I would definitely recommend their services to all my friends and family. They were right on time even though it was a blizzard that day. The service man who came was very polite and knowledgeable. It didn't take him very long to figure out the problem and have it fixed. I would estimate that the visit lasted between 20-30 minutes. He was very helpful and he showed me how to do simple repairs on my furnace. I was very pleased and I would recommend this company to anyone.
We are building a new home and Robert Love Heating and Air Conditioning was great to work with in helping me to choose the fireplaces that would best fit my needs. They had great prices and were very friendly and knowledgeable. We are so happy with our 2 new fireplaces!
Worst customer service. The lady in sales in not helpful over the phone, does not care about your business. Was getting quotes and rough estimates what price range I was looking at for a A/C replacement. Would not give any info on the phone, and was not friendly about it, while being a smart alec. Utah best, and Smedley were way more helpful. To sum it up, sketchy on the phone = sketchy business. Shop around somewhere else, its a competitive market, you will find someone else.
I called to see if they could fix the whine in the fan of my gas fireplace. I gave them the make, model and serial number and the person I spoke to promised to research it and get back to me. She didn't get back to me. I called again over a week later and left a message. Again, no response. Apparently, they don't need my business. So I went somewhere else.
A bit frustrated with this company, my furnace went out, called them at 7 am and they said they could have someone out early afternoon and would have the tech call when he was on his way. Get another call around 9am, I am thinking it is the tech but no, it was someone else saying they could not come out until the next afternoon.. It's 15 degrees out and I had counted on them coming so did not call anyone else. Would not recommend in an emergency...
