Just right keeps you in the loop for when the tech is near to arrival, which is very nice for planning.Our tech was friendly, and accommodating to our time crunch. I’ve only been impressed with their knowledge and professionalism.

We have had great experiences with this company since our initial AC installation in 2018. We have them come once or twice a year for maintenance. Today, Sean did an excellent job checking out our air conditioner and furnace. The unit was cleaned, inspected, and tested.

Dan was on time, professional, and friendly during the A/C system tune-up. Additionally, he was very informative, explaining the processes he was completing and the effects of the changes he was making to the heating system.

Just Right communicated well prior to the service call. It was simply a maintenance call to see if things are going well in this heat with a new air conditioner that was installed in December 2021, so this is the first summer of use.

Jeffrey was great. He had a cancellation early in the day so he called asking if he could come early. I said that would be fine. He arrived, got down to business, and talked to me afterwards and answered any questions I had. They were mainly about the humidifier and it's controls. I learned a new word-humidistat. That's the control for a humidifier.

Anyway, once again, I'm not sure where they find their employees but ALL of them have been great: knowledgeable, very professional and perhaps most important, they're nice. I'm sure their training once they're hired must be very good.

I needed an operating/maintenance report for my aging AC unit. My technician, Channing, was polite, knowledgeable, and patient with helping me understand the state of operation of my unit. He pointed out useful tips on operations of everything from my Nest thermostat thru the unit on the ground and its exhaust venting outside. He diagnosed the unit's operating noises and issues in clear terms for my decision-making next step. I definitely will request him for future needs.
