Super grateful they make such an effort to get you in for an appointment as soon as possible. They send you a reminder text the night before and day of they send you a text when your tech is on their way along with a photo and short bio of your tech. Jose was our tech and he was so nice, super patient and extremely thorough. He did an inspection of our AC unit and was able to easily diagnose the various problems we had with our AC unit. Gave us three pricing options dependent on if we wanted to fix parts of the issue or all of it. It’s always refreshing when you have a tech that knows their stuff and you don’t feel like they’re taking you for a ride. Went with Main Street H&C after reading their Google reviews and we’re so glad we did! Thanks for the incredible service Jose!

Jose did an amazing job! he helped us figure out what was wrong with our Carrier system and gave us multiple options with ways to solve our problem at different price points which was really helpful. they scheduled us in really fast during peak air conditioning season which i was really impressed with. overall 10/10 we will be going to them with all of our issues and HIGHLY recommend them to all of our friends and family.

I absolutely love this company. I had an air conditioning issue, the owner Brent got right back to me immediately. Late last evening, our A/C wasn't working properly and Amanda at Main Street was able to come out first thing the next morning! She was on time, professional and great with our two very curious pups. She quickly diagnosed the existing problem, fixed it and identified a potential issue that she able to correct, saving us another emergency call later this summer. These people are so awesome! We had our furnace serviced/tuned by Amanda and Jose. They were really quick to get us in, they showed up on time and were very professional! We have used Mainstreet Heating and Cooling for approximately nine years and we have always been impressed with their service.

Today we had our annual A/C system maintenance performed by Jose. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. Upon completing the maintenance, we were given a verbal update on the condition of our units, and what will be needed for our next service.

We occasionally experience power outages and Jose suggested installing surge protection on both of our condensers. He not only offered a solution to our problem, but he also took the time to go and get the surge protectors and install them for us.

These guys are legit! After a year of bad experiences and questionable behavior from another company I finally had to try a new company. Glad I was referred here because they have been nothing but straightforward and professional. All techs are excellent! Tanna was super cool, efficient, very through and answered all my questions. She left no stone unturned. Great business! Will return and refer for future needs!!

Jose was very thorough and knowledgeable in working on the AC unit. He was able to inspect and detect performance issues and worked with us to offer solutions that best fit our needs. He was very pleasant to talk to and was genuinely interested in performing quality work.

I reached out on a Sunday evening for an appointment to have my furnace looked at, and within 3 minutes had one scheduled for Monday morning at 9am. Amanda showed up exactly on time and was able to quickly diagnose & fix our issue. I had a few other questions about a home humidifier and she took the time to thoroughly explain the benefits of the system and the process of installing one. She even had a quote emailed over to me within 5 minutes of leaving the house.

This was the second time I've used these guys for an HVAC issue at 2 different properties and both times they've been incredible to work with. It's so nice to work with a company that takes such obvious pride in customer service and their workmanship/expertise. Their new website rocks, Amanda rocks, and I really appreciate the way they do business!
