Very happy with my experience using Main Street. Jose came out today for an A/C tune-up. He was very professional and diligent in his work. I will be calling them for any future needs that I have.

Jose from Main Street Heating and Cooling was very good to work with! He is very dedicated to great customer Serivce and had us up and running in no time.

Brent and is team are awesome. Shout out to Jason and Shawn for doing a fantastic job. The Ductless Systems are wonderful. I wish we had have done this earlier. I wish they would branch out to Manassas, Virginia. I will have to find another A team.

Had an issue with our line freezing from our unit into our home. Jose came right on time and before his arrival they sent a text with a picture of the technician. There were several recommendations on how the repair could be done and each were explained very well. very professional and would recommend them to anyone. thank you for your help

Tanna arrived right on time and was able to quickly diagnose the issue that had been causing erratic heater behavior. She was able to fix the issue without any additional parts. Tanna also did a full diagnostic evaluation of our furnace to make sure there weren't any other potential failures waiting around the corner. She sent pictures and called me to explain exactly what the issue and resolution were. She also went into detail as to the preventative steps she took by checking electronics and the condition of our furnace just to be safe as well as recommended services for our HVAC units. No BS, no attempts to sell us on unneeded parts or services. I value companies like that.

I called on a Saturday morning, a day before we left to go out of town (TERRIBLE timing for the furnace to act up), and though they weren't able to get someone out that day, Main Street took care of us at the soonest possible time. Everyone involved was professional and helpful, despite us not being there and having a family member open the door to let Tanna in to service the furnace.

I rarely write reviews for a company, but I felt that the Main Street crew deserves a few minutes of my time for the wonderful experience.

Jose was great for us. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and lets us know of several options that could help cool/heat our house more evenly.

Tanna was incredible. She came in, properly diagnosed the issue with our furnace very quickly, and fixed it soon after. She was informative, nice, honest, and I didn’t feel like I was being upsold left and right like all the HVAC businesses I’ve interacted with. She simply figured it out and got it done. Love it.

Brent arrived to give an estimate on A/C replacement and another for ductless (heat pump) options for a couple of problematic areas. Estimates were sent to me via e-mail with absolutely no pressure to make a decision right away.

Mains Street knew exactly what I needed, had most parts in stock IN JULY, and I got right in line behind other appointments. Their estimate were 40% lower than the other company I had I investigate (who also offered a monhly payment plan that would end up costing almost 5 TIMES MORE over 10 years). Their sales guy didn't offer options like Main Street did. Brent clearly knows his stuff and has wisdom to back it up.

The estimate I liked best was accepted right through the email link and an appointment for installation was automatically set.

On installation day, I received a text message alerting me Shawn was on his way. Everything was completely installed and running right on time! I'm curious about things and asked questions about equipment and what each of the wires do. Shawn was super nice to answer everything and give me a bit more info along the way.

I'm definitely staying with Main Street Heating & Cooling. They do honest work at a great price and are very friendly. I'll update my review if anything changes.

Brent, Caleb and Sam were amazing!

Communication was great throughout the sales and system design process. Brent knows his stuff and is eager to help you get what you want installed within your budget parameters. Easily the most painless sales process I've been through, without any high pressure sales or up-selling.

Brent spent about an hour reviewing my HVAC system (supplies, returns, current system sizing, windows and size of windows, square footage of the house, quality/quantity of insulation, etc) in order to size the system appropriately for my space.

I made a bunch of small changes to the system before we settled on something final, and even though I felt bad for all the extra work I generated for him, Brent was very happy to do it and I never got any bad feelings from him.

The scheduling was quick and flexible, despite a couple of delays on my end because of the electrical requirements of my house.

The install was fantastic! I have never seen so much mastic on an HVAC system (the grey slime stuff for sealing duct work that hardens after a day or so). Caleb and Sam did lots of custom sheet metal work to insure there were as few gaps as possible then covered up any possible holes with lots and lots of mastic. They even corrected some of my duct issues around the new air handler without me asking and without charging me extra.

I could tell that it is a good place to work and the customer comes first- without hesitation or calling his manager, when there was a duct run that had issues and was going to take some extra time, Caleb said he would come back out a different day to complete the work.

Caleb Sam and Brent were friendly, kind, courteous and helpful. They volunteered to help move some items, not related to the HVAC system, that I was struggling with. I had TONS of questions about the install during the process and they were all answered without hesitation and with a genuine smile. When hurdles came up during the install, I was included as a contributor in the resolution process.

The result I couldn't be happier with. I have a quiet, efficient and comfortable system that should last us for years to come. I wholeheartedly recommend them for any service, new install, retrofit you may need.

They came out the next day for a non-emergency repair. Quickly diagnosed the issue, showed me the before and after of their repair, and fixed some other issues I was not aware of. They are expensive but have high quality work. Very professional and knowledgable. Worth paying for the experts.
