Main Street Heating & Cooling

Brent from Main Street was great to work with. He came out the same day we called. After diagnosing the problem with our AC unit he let me know what the options were and then gave me a fair upfront quote to get the repair done. He let me know it would take a day to get the part so he lent us a portable AC unit for the night which was awesome! We had a good experience and we'll work with them in the future for our heating and air needs.

This is the second time we have used Main Street Heating & Cooling. Both times they did an excellent job. The first time Brent came out. This time Arnoldo came for the service call. Both technicians were very personable and extremely knowledgeable. They came exactly at the time that was promised. They identified the problem quickly. Their prices were very reasonable. I will definitely use Main Street Heating & Cooling again if I have furnace or air conditioning problems.

Our AC quit working for our upstairs unit and I called several places with no luck to get a repairman out for at least the next 4 days. I remembered that we had used Main Street in the past and thought I would give them a call to see. To my surprise, they could fit us in the next day (Saturday) at 10:00 am. The man scheduling the appointment was friendly and funny and today when Tanna came, she was personable and kind. She went right to work and found that our capacitor had quit working. Within minutes she had us back up and running. I couldn’t be more grateful for the quick response and the quick fix with it being such a hot summer. Main Street will forever be my FIRST call. Not just because they work to take care of their customers as soon as possible but because they do it with such a wonderful and knowledgeable attitude!

I’ve been using these guys for a couple of years now and they never disappoint, from installing my nest thermostat to doing tune ups and repairs for both my AC and my furnace they are my go to. Always easy to get a timely response and great service at good prices. I highly recommend Main Street because they do it right and actually care about their customers.

Great experience! They send you a text to let you know when they will arrive, including a picture and short bio of the technician providing your service. They also include a link to track their current location.

Tanna arrived on time and was very thorough and professional. She went over everything she would be doing in detail and addressed every question I had. Her bio in the text message I received from the company said, "She is very funny and friendly"; I completely agree! I would definitely recommend this company and will be contacting them for any future services I need.

We are selling our home and needed a quick clean and service done to our furnaces. We were able to have Doug come out the next day only because we wanted to do it on Saturday or they would have come that day I called! The receptionist are very friendly and I talked to several. Doug was very nice, trustworthy, and an expert. He had to climb in our attic and it seemed very difficult. I felt pretty bad but he was way good about it! We needed a new part on one of our furnaces but we kinda expected it because our heater had been acting up a bit. It was nice because he had the part and explained well why we needed it. It wasn't fun to have to pay the extra money but he explained everything well enough that we felt we were taken care of.

I would definitely recommend this place of service because it's fast and Doug was very nice and genuine. Thank you again Doug!

Main Street comes highly recommended by several neighbors in our community. I have been using Main Street for 6 years and have had the best experiences! They are honest, professional and reliable. They have installed a new AC unit, performed maintenance and mostly recently serviced our heater! They even came same day! Thank you Main Street!!

We have loved working with Main Street! They are so nice and knowledgeable. We had an AC unit installed and new duct work. They showed us everything we needed to do to take care of it and are always available to answer any questions we needed. We will always use Main Street for our heating and cooling!

I was super impressed when Brent, Taylor, DJ, and Jason showed up and removed my old furnace and AC system. They installed a brand new furnace and AC unit. They also cut in three drops in the basement as well as a cold air return. They did an excellent job with the installation, explaining proper procedures for running the system, as well as cleaning up before they left for the day. I was very impressed with the Professionalism and courtesy they gave me. They also brought everything up to the current code and made sure that my system was good and Safe! My system was installed about a month ago and performs flawlessly! Thank you for a job well done!
