These guys are awesome!!! Another company installed our AC and the parts were still supposed to be under warranty through them. After jerking us around for 10 days during an extreme heat advisory, we got fed up and called Main Street. They were out the very next day, on time and were very thorough in their assessment of the issue. The other guys had told us it would be another week before they could get the parts but Main Street had them in 2 days and came out first thing to get us taken care of. The technicians kept us informed on how they were coming and were polite and professional. These guys are great and we will definitely use them again!

Main Street Heating & Cooling came highly recommended and did not disappoint! As a new homeowner, I wanted to have my system serviced upon moving in. My technician, Tanna, arrived and walked me through each step of what she was working on as she did it while answering any questions I had. She even took the time to show me how to properly change my filter!
I felt confident in her skills and comfortable that she was truly wanting to help me properly maintain my furnace and not just “sell” me on a particular product or service. I will, without a doubt, recommend them and will use them for any of my future needs.

My AC was not cooling well and I contacted a competitor for diagnosis. They said refrigerant must be leaking but seemed pessimistic about finding and fixing the leak. They pointed me toward quotes new units, both AC and furnace. I called Main Street for a second opinion. They agreed that it was a leak, found the leaks, and made repairs in short order. They did this for hundreds less than the other company's quote! I never write reviews, but Amanda's superior performance led me to this positive review.

As I sit in my perfectly cooled house, let me tell you 4 things I love about this company: 1) Like most people, I'm a little nervous about A/C repair and finding a company whose default response to every problem is "You need a new system." So, I did some research. I noticed the MANY positive reviews for Main Street here, but more importantly, I noticed that owner of the company read them and responded. That tells you a lot about how seriously they take customer satisfaction. 2) I set up then had to cancel the first appointment, and the nice woman who worked through all that was really pleasant and easy to work with. It was easy to call back and get the real appointment set. 3) Doug came for the service appointment and has a ton of experience. I really appreciated how hard he worked to understand the system and what it needed for repair (as I had suspected, I was low on freon) and Doug took care of it. 4) Doug went OUT OF HIS WAY to follow up with me and make sure things were working .. and even came over to do a quick follow up and tweak things for an even better performance. Where else are you going to get that kind of concern and follow through?! It made me a true fan.
I know that my system probably only has a couple of years left, but I guarantee you that when it does, I'll be working with Main Street on the replacement. I really appreciate the combination of competence and concern for customer satisfaction.

We had central air and a new furnace installed in our mobile home.They were very professional and got the work done in a timely manner. Doug worked with us on pricing because we ended up needing a new furnace due to the fact that it wasn’t going to work with the new central air unit and gave us a great deal! I most definitely recommend them.

Amanda did come out to investigate what the problem was with our furnace today, it stopped working in the middle of the night with outside temperatures of around 16 degrees Fahrenheit.
It turned out to be the blower and she did replace it in a timely and professional manner, it was still under warranty and I just needed to pay for the labor cost. Thank you so much for a great service, and a warm and cozy house.

BUYER be AWARE I had Main Street service my furnace. The Thermostat stopped working. $315 for a generic transformer and $88.00 for the diagnostic fee. After the service, I used the old transformer to check the price of the transformer. I could buy the OEM transformer for $135. A generic transformer would cost between 15 to 40% less that the OEM transformer. The $315 charge for the replaced transformer is fraudulent business practices and price gouging and at the extreme.

I have now had Main Street install both a furnace and a central air unit in my home. On both occasions the owner of Main Street, Doug, gave us a consultation and offered us all of our options and sage advice. The furnace install coincided with a basement renovation I was tackling myself and the tech Ted did an amazing install and some impressive custom duct work. Communication with him was great as we coordinated around my fumbling with drywall and wiring. He left the work site in cleaner condition than he found it each day he worked. When it came time to have our central air unit I was only all too eager to get a hold of Main Street and was again utterly impressed with the over all experience. Taylor and DJ did an impressive install which was tight and clean looking. They were polite, personable and took extra time to ensure we knew how to work our Nest thermostat with the central air unit. You could tell by the end result they took alot of pride in their work. What really blew my doors off was they cleaned my furnace room(totally separate of the central or unit) to the equivalent of a detailing....when is the last time you had a contractor do that?!! Again, Doug was there to put his personal touch on the project during the consultation and was there at the beginning and end of the install to guide the techs through what was discussed and expected from the consultation. This was all highlighted by free cookies! If you're looking for a job done right, at a fair price, and beyond your expectations, look no further than Main Street!

Had my heater go out on night it was going to be in the single digits for low temps. I was in a bit of a panic. I called a few other supposedly 24 hour services first, and didn't get anyone to even pick up the phone. When I called Main Street, Doug picked up right away. He was over to my house in less than an hour and had me back up and running. I needed a replacement part that he didn't have on his truck, so he made arrangements to meet me based on my schedule the following day. He was very accommodating. I would most certainly work with this company again in the future.
**UPDATE** One year later and my furnace that they said would go bad soon...did. Once again service was fast and friendly. I had them install a Nest Learning Thermostat, and that was one of the best decisions ever. The install was quick, they showed me how to set it up, and already I know I'm saving money. Thanks again guys, you have a customer for life.

Our furnace went out on Saturday. We called Main Street Heating and Cooling. Doug was here exactly when he said he would be. Our furnace and AC are 17 years old, we opted to replace both. The quote was reasonable. On Tuesday the team arrived, again on time! When I say team I mean they worked together efficiently. They were professional, friendly and respectful. The actual cost was even LESS than the estimate. Thank You Jason, Rhett and Shawn!
