I originally had another A/C company that my home warranty had scheduled and it took them months to even get things straight just to tell me they cannot fix my A/C. Then USA Air came in to help and have been nothing but amazing to work with. Not only did they help with a great value, but we’re also very efficient, quick, and honest the entire process. I will recommend them to anyone I know in need of an A/C company.

I’ve had ac problems for years and a couple months ago my ac stopped working for a 3 or 4 days before it came back on. I was tired of dealing with it so I hit up USA Air and they replaced my old ac with a much newer one by Train. I believe it’s the 20 seer system and I got it done for a very reasonable price while also getting my rebate from CPS shortly after. I just want to thank Robert and the rest of his crew for there help and hard work. The quality and workmanship doesn’t get much better then this.

After calling several Ac repair companies, USA air was the most affordable and reliable company. The customer service Vicente Pinales gave was amazing. Came out late at night leaving his own family to come and accommodate mine and was able to fix our AC unit and service in a short period of time. We highly recommend USA air and recommend Mr. Pinales to get the job done in a short amount of time.

We were looking to replace both of our a/c units and after reading the reviews for USA Air, I called Robert for a quote. He was at my house that afternoon and gave me a very competitive quote on a 16 SEER Trane system. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and never tried to upsell me. Just gave me an honest opinion of what we really needed and a promise to follow through. I let him know that day (Friday) that we wanted to proceed, and he scheduled us for installation on Monday. He even came by on Saturday to make sure that our existing units (which were failing and couldn't keep up) had enough freon to get us through the weekend. Installation took 1 day and we couldn't be happier with the results. Robert and his group were always on schedule and kept me informed at every step of the process. He has since followed up to make sure that we have our warranty information and also that we have what we need to request our CPS rebate. I would highly recommend Robert and USA Air. It's rare to find an honest and trustworthy HVAC company like this.

Robert and his technician took the upmost care of my ac unit situation. Him and his staff took their time to ensure my house will stay cool and comfortable throughout our hot weather. I cannot express my gratitude enough for their efficiency and maintaining a clean and safe environment while they performed their duties. I would highly recommend to anyone.
