Robert and his staff were recommended to me via Angie's List. His reviews were consistent with my experience with him with my a/c replacement and installation. While Robert worked very hard with me on a great price, he was on time and very trustworthy. He is a very experienced a/c man and he was honest and professional. I had 5 quotes out and his was by far the best in price and service. Everyone I know has heard my praises. I highly recommend USA Air. Thank you Robert and God bless your business!
They resolved my issue and had the AC back up and running in no time! And the cost was very affordable! I would absolutely recommend using Sandium Heating and Air Conditioning for your HVAC needs.
Very impressed with their professional accomplishment for the installation of a two zone mini AC /Heating system. Very punctual for all appointments and gave out detailed notices with both emails and texts.
Robert and his crew were extremely helpful with addressing several issues with our HVAC system. They replaced our evaporator coil and went the extra mile to make sure our warranty claim was handled correctly. They were punctual for all appointments and easy to reach via phone/text. They were patient with all our questions and did a great job in explaining the source of the issue along with potential solutions. They will not recommend services or upgrades that do not provide value to their customers. Thanks for the great service Robert!
USA AIR is great in this Texas heat! My air conditioner was blowing warm air on a HOT day , called USA AIR and they came over right away, fixed the problem , no BS trying to upsell anything just fixed and cleaned my system. The tech was prompt and professional, explained everything. Thank You USA AIR!!
We have used USA Air several times already. Robert is quick to reply to my texts and his staff Daniel is very professional. Should we have another AC trouble (which is likely considering our aging HVAC system), I won't even think twice as who to call. USA Air, hands down.

After quoting us a very reasonable price, we had USA Air replace our old and broken A/C units. Vincent and his companion did an awesome job! Then Robert informed me that we would be getting a refund because they did not use the material they initially thought they would need. Honesty and integrity there, folks! That’s how you keep customers happy and satisfied! We need more businesses like USA Air. ♥️
Our service professional, Aldo, was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He found issues that were “supposedly” serviced by our other provider. We have proudly become customers of USA AIR INC. today and purchased the service plan thanks to Aldo’s representation of the company. Glad to have been suggested by Angi’s list for this quality service and company! Thanks Aldo, you are a great employee in our eyes!
I have mixed opinions thus far on the company. I was out of town working when my wife called our home warranty for our heating system not working properly (it would not turn off). USA Air was sent to us and took a couple days to come out. It seemed to me they were not pleased with having to come out for a warranty call and the service fee. The technician worked on the system and got the system to turn off. about 33 days later the system would not turn on in the cold weather, and the A/C would not come on either. I called USA air directly and they would not return until I called my warranty company had them come back out. And of course, USA Air said they would require the "service fee" again even though it was for the same repair that their technician had already addressed. Additionally it took about 5 days to get them out, meanwhile, thankfully we had a wood burning fireplace. Finally, they came and said "you need a new system", and to their credit the warranty company agreed to replace both the furnace and the A/C system.
This, is where my biggest problem is with the company right now. According to my warranty company which authorized the work, there would be about $3100 of parts and labor that I would have to pay out of pocket based on the company's quote provided to replace the system, which would require running new ductwork, pipes, etc, plus labor hours. I was okay with that initially because I knew the heating and a/c units would be covered by the warranty. I was not present for install day as I had to work. After returning home, I realized not one single piece of ductwork or new plumbing had to be reworked. They hooked the new system directly into the old ductwork and applied the sealing tape. DONE, and finished. Outside, was the same thing, only thing new was the unit tied into the existing system. While I have a new system that is working as expected, I don't know, what exactly was done.
So, I had my wife call and request and itemized summary of the work performed, hours charged and parts used, plus the cost of the equipment so I can see what I paid compared to what the warranty company covered. To this date, USA Air refuses to provide this request. I want to see what I paid $3100 for, and they will not show me proof of this, telling me I must get it from my warranty company, (while the warranty company tells me it must come from the serving agent). They did not leave me an invoice, warranty documents, equipment descriptions or paperwork, nothing. I am concerned that somehow they grossly overcharged me for work which was not actually done, and now will not disclose the true costs. I am not satisfied with this, and since the response on the phone is, tough luck with getting those documents from us, I cannot recommend this company. Complete transparency would have resolved this, however when there is clearly an attempt to obfuscate the details and pass the responsibility to disclosure to others, I must question the integrity of the service provided.
My AC broke in the middle of one of the hottest days in San Antonio, TX (102 that day), this company was a lifesaver! They gave me a time slot and showed up right on time, then identified the issue, and was able to fix it right then and there. I am beyond appreciative for this company and their qualified techs. I am recommending them to my family and friends, thank you USA Air!
My wife and I were out of town looking at houses her parents were hanging out here watching our son and dog. The day before we were supposed to come back, the air conditioner mysterious to stop working. My father-in-law owns an HVAC company that works on yachts, so he was able to figure out that it was a blown capacitor. Unfortunately we couldn't find any stores selling that part and it was later in the evening so most companies were closing down. Some of the bigger companies in the area said they wouldn't be able to come out for at least 48 hours.
USA air was more than accommodating! My father-in-law explained what he thought the problem was, they understood it was a very simple, quick fix and said they would head over shortly. I didn't catch the name of the technician who came over, but my father-in-law said he was amazing, knowledgeable, and very quickly fixed our problem. We went from the AC not working at all very quickly putting out cold air again. The pricing was extremely reasonable.
I wish we would have considered using these guys earlier. We've lived here for about 3 years and we had been using John wayne, despite being a five-star service member or whatever their program is, we were told it would be about 48 hours before they could send someone out. The customer service from USA air and their willingness to help us quickly solve this problem would have me coming back here again if we weren't moving.
