This company is reliable, honest, and with reasonable pricing. The company is veteran owned. The owner Robert is extremely respectful, honest, patient, and professional. I called for a bid, I got a bid, and consult on a Friday, and the work done on a Monday. The crew was also great. I cannot say enough good things about this business!

This was the first-time calling USA AIR and I couldn't be more pleased. As soon as I spoke with Mr. Robert, him and his team came in promptly, identified the problem and immediately started working on the issue. I ended up having to replace the entire system Air Conditioner and Furnace. The installation crew, Mr. Vincent and Mr. Edgar showed up on time and were very professional, respectful, knowledgeable and pleasant. Mr. Robert, Mr. Vincent and Mr. Edgar were thorough in explaining the installation process. They tested and ensured I was aware that the cooling and heating was functioning according to specs. I am very satisfied with how each step of the installation was done and explained. Mr. Robert was very polite, honest, courteous and professional throughout the entire process and attentive to my questions and concerns. The new A/C and heating system works great and is much quieter than the old one. I am extremely pleased with my new system and the $ price I paid which by far was less expensive than what I thought I would have to pay. This is the type of people you want working for you. I heard about Robert and USA Air from my brother who highly recommended him for his honesty, high level customer service, competitive pricing and professionalism. I called him when my A/C went out (came home to a very hot house) and he was at my house within minutes of my initial call. Robert was able to get the A/C running again however given the age, I decided to go ahead and spring for a new system. He quoted me a fair price on a new A/C and heating unit. He and his crew were prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and answered all of my questions. I would recommend Robert based on his fair pricing, work ethic, and customer service, which in my opinion is unmatched.

Contated Home Adviser, they recommended Robert at USA Air, I received a call from him, set-up appointment, he showed up on time to our appointment, provided me with a very fair price for our central air units, agreed on a price and availability he showed up with his crew on time. Worked all day and did not leave until work was done, had a minor issue with one of our unit, called him, advised me that he would be here to resolve issue, showed up 1/2 hr. later took care of a minor adjustment. I will always recommend this outstanding company. Last night my wife advised me that heaters were not working, called Robert to advise him we needed his assistance, he was here within 30-40 minutes .... Simply WOW, his service is second to none. Dealing with USA Air has been by far the best experience I have ever had with an HVAC contractor. Not only did I get a great price ($2,000 less than some other companies), but their follow-up service has been beyond amazing. Do yourself a favor, call them for your air conditioning needs. They're the best.

My A/C broke during some of the hottest days of March. USA Air showed up the next day after I called them, inspected the system and gave me a quote that was very competitive. They also included refilling the system while the parts arrived to fix the unit. This was extremely helpful as it gave us A/C for 5 days until the parts were ready.

They were very good at staying in touch to make sure the A/C was still working and were very good at showing up at the time they said they would.

I would definitely recommend them for this type of A/C issues.

Outstanding service, and professional and kind technicians. They were very responsive and came out the same day to repair our nearly 20 year old HVAC; had us up and running in a couple hours.

Robert was very professional and responded quickly! He is definitely on top of things. We had them give us a quote and it was by far the least expensive for a better quality system. We had them replace our entire system. Vincent came today to install our system. They worked quickly and made sure we were happy with their work and the system.
