My A/C stopped working suddenly after I came home. I called USA Air and spoke with Vicente and he came down to my house quickly and took care of all the problems quickly as well! If y’all choose them ask for Vicente, you won’t retreat it! Thank you USA Air!!!

I was very impressed with the people we dealt with at USA Air.Everything is very professional and they left everything as clean as when they arrived.

They were very good when it came to their professionalism and they installed our AC and furnace very quickly.Highly recommened.

Had to wait a total of 2 1/2 weeks, before the ice storm and after it, before a seasoned technician arrived. He was able to find all the mistakes the previous technician made.. I thank God for the space heater HE provided.

the outdoor power panel marked wrong label plus used wrong size breaker use on furnace and outdoor condenser , burned breaker possible and couldn't pull out old breaker , hires other electrian installed new correct size breaker to the out door unit relocated furnace breaker , ( that why indoor unit always tripped breaker )

condensation water dripping on water heater below the air handler, cause the heater element control wet on the water heater need fixed before burn the water or other damage, No insulation on the primary drain line ,No cover the holes on the platform, No cap / locking caps on the condenser service port .

This is what it looks like a month later.Unfortunately it was too late to find out.

They were awesome in expediting a brand new AC unit. Very professional in customer service, Repairs and Installation. would highly recommend.
