Call these hardworking, honest, respectful and friendly guys! I had several quotes and these guys had both the best price for the best equipment (Trane 16 seer) as well as the single best warranty. I heard about them from a friend who also had a great experience with USA Air. We were a little leery because several other quotes said it would be 3 days (we have 3 units) and Robert said he could do it in 1 and at most 2 days. Well he finished in a day and a half just like he said. The other thing that really impressed me and put me at ease was that he didn't want any money down and wouldn't ask for payment until he was completely finished and I was happy. (the other companies asked for about 50% up front) In fact, after the first day they were nearly done, 2 of the units were installed and working and all of the equipment, probably about 13,000 worth was in my house. At the end of that first day I tried to at least give him some money for what he had done already. He simply wouldn't take the money until the job was complete and I was satisfied. Also after they completed the work, he took time to walk through everything that was done, explain how everything worked (anything more than changing the filter is outside of my skillset) and then he sat down and filled out the CPS rebates forms and helped me to send in those rebates. All I had to do was sign the form, like pressing the easy button. Long story short, great price, wonderful trustworthy people and my house is cool. Thank you USA Air!

I really liked the fact that I set the appointment with Robert the week before and at 920 on the appointment day he was calling to say he was on the way. After confirming what HVAC system I needed, he was able to get the equipment and get the installation completed that same afternoon. Timely arrival, quick professional installation, they carry the brand I trust and great pricing. Highly recommended for HVAC and great customer service.

We would highly recommend Robert at USA Air for any Heating or Air Conditioner needs. Robert and his team are respectful, hardworking, honest, and personable. Robert installed a new air conditioner unit and we have been ecstatic ever since. He updated our system with dual zones and we have been cooler than anyone said was possible. Robert even accomplished this unbelievable setup while cutting our energy bills by more than half. In addition, Robert initiated our regular maintenance before it even come up on our reminder calendar. His service and knowledge are excellent.

My home warranty company sent out some repair guys to fix my A/C a few days ago. The diagnosis was that it needed a new motor. The guys replaced it but my house was still hot. After having them come out again and several calls, they determined that the unit was fine and there was nothing they could do.

Found Robert’s phone number and he came over to my house immediately. Diagnosed the problem in mins and fixed it shortly after that. I will definitely use Robert’s services going forward. Prompt, polite, and respectful. Hard to find these days. Five stars.

The technicians and owner of USA Air provided excellent customer service and professional work with replacement of a compressor on my outdoor AC condenser unit that had exploded after improper installation by the shadiest of companies, Quantum Mechanical. USA Air has the honesty, responsiveness and hard working attitude that you want in a company.

I have an older unit for the upstairs and am so glad I came across this company for a second opinion cause they saved me $1,600 to replace/repair 3 parts (condenser, control panel, etc) that I was told by another company needed replaced. When Jay came out he found my problem right away and was honest in telling me it was a simple fix and just lack of inside unit getting signal to outside unit. All the parts I was told needed replaced were not bad and in need of replacing.....everything is working great!!!!This company is honest and could tell Jay is really knowledgeable!!! Highly recommend this company and will know who to call first next time any issues.

Robert and his team are great, they helped me get into a really nice Trane system. They were professional, communicated well, worked quickly and I can tell they did quality work.
