Francisco Jr. is a great young man! Excellent service, prompt, professional and trustworthy. He came out to my home on three occasions and each time he provided excellent and prompt service. He serviced and moved my ac unit and placed it on a concrete pad. Later he installed, with his colleagues, my attic “air scrubber” for a “healthier home” and to help maintain my air ducts clean all year long. They were in and out. Excellent company due to their employees!

I highly recommend this company! They are the most honest Air conditioning and plumbing company I have ever worked with. They really go the extra mile for their customers and do whatever they can to help. They also respond quickly, and they have very good knowledge and expertise. Their prices are very fair. The tech Noe came to fix my AC on an emergency call tonight and went above and beyond to get it done tonight instead of pushing it to the morning. Thank you!!!

People go to Google reviews so they can discover something about a vendor. At one time, word of mouth served this role. I found out about USA Air Conditioning based on the recommendation of a peer at work during a conversation; his father metioned the honesty of the company.

The owner came out to my house and evaluated the situation. He informed me that a repair on the existing unit--over twenty-years old--might not be the best choice. Other options were communicated.

He quoted me a very fair deal on a complete system, and we agreed upon it with a handshake! Old school values and ethics still exist.

I am currently the owner of a quality installed HVAC system that will serve me well this summer.

Francisco came right out and completed the maintenance on our three a/cs at our house. He was very professional and provided photos of all his work as it progressed. He is very knowledgeable and was helpful to me on some other work I needed done. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

I was recommended USA Air by a friend, I wish I had known about them sooner. Our heater went out in the morning and they were able to send someone over that day to look at it. Julian was very professional and honest, two traits I greatly appreciate. He replaced a part on our heater, the whole interaction took less than an hour. Very very pleased and will definitely be using them in the future.

They are awesome came to house & diagnose my AC unit for free! Money tight right now & I was happy to hear that. So once get my money together I plan I calling them back.

Reached out to Francisco because I had a leak from underneath my front door, the technician was sent out that same day. Once they determined the issue and discussed the price they were able to start my repairs the very next day.

Carlos and his crew were amazing. They came the same day I called, and knew exactly what was wrong with our air conditioner. They doubled checked with us on everything when they were installing, and gave us updates on what they were working on next. They were five minutes early on the time they said and I love that. They were also very kind respectful people as well. After my air conditioner was installed the next day, Carlos gave me a call to double check that we were staying cool. Definitely would recommend this company to anyone in town they were awesome, my family and I can’t thank them enough!

Luis was amazing!! He was very understanding and patient regarding our situation. He was very professional and went above and beyond to get our hot water heater installed. Armando was very professional and installation was very quick. I would definitely refer this company and hope to use their services again.

As soon as I arrived home late from work, I quickly realized the A/C was not working. I had called USA Air Conditioning (who installed my HVAC unit) and they were able to send a tech out right away. Junior arrived and was able to repair it in a timely manner. He was also extremely courteous, professional, and responsive. He also mentioned that they will follow-up soon regarding the repair service. Greatly appreciated their understanding! Thank you Junior!
