I used tiger services since 2005 to 2022. In 2019 I asked for a estimate on an outside system. I decided not to go with them because of price. In that decision they decided not to come out, due to loyalty in July 2022.Talked to the owner (Paul or Dennis) whatever his name is and to the consumer was unprofessional and undesirable. Gonzo & Nikko very professional Service Techs. Nikko is new but will be a good rep for Tiger. He listened closely and followed instructions very well. Going to make a good tech for sure. I just had my A/C replaced by Tiger last Wednesday. They did a fantastic job, per usual.

I already knew my A/C system was in need of a total replacement, so when my outdoor unit started making an awful noise, I contacted Tiger for a service call and ended up scheduling a free estimate for a new system.

Miguel was super kind, professional, and helpful. I have been a Tiger customer for more than 6 years and ever since they came out and initially repaired my A/C, I have been on their yearly maintenance plan. I, honestly, thought my crusty A/C needed to be replaced the first time they came out, but no, they bandaged it up and I got 6 more years out of that decrepit thing. Throughout the years, I have had extensive chats with the technicians that have been sent out to service my A/C, almost every time they come out. What does that have to do with anything? Well, during the estimate Miguel did NOT try to upsell me at all, in fact, because of these lengthy chats I had previously had, I was the one that requested certain upgrades. None of these upgrades were pushed on me and I did not feel pressured at any time to make additional purchases. Miguel informed me of the options available, thoroughly explained the options, and, ultimately, I chose the one best suited to my needs. He included a free vent fix, and a free installation of another vent, as well. Additionally, I got a year of maintenance for free, 6 months worth of air filters, paperwork was submitted on my behalf to receive a rebate from CPS and the cost of the original service call was deducted from the total cost.

The appointment for the replacement was scheduled, the work was done in one day, and all of the technicians were professional and thorough. I noticed that they installed a new output drain pipe and even secured a tiny baseboard I had leaned up in its spot for who knows how long.
One tech definitely deserves a shoutout, unfortunately, I am unsure of his name but he just moved here from Oklahoma and very recently started working for Tiger. He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the install and HVAC in general. You could tell he knew what he was doing as he was able to answer questions other techs had (as well as questions we had), and followed industry standards meticulously.

During the install there was a water leak that occurred and, this last Saturday, I called Miguel just to make sure that was noted and, again, he was very kind and told me he would make sure that it was noted and that they would take care of anything that came up as a result of the water leak.

Other than that, everything was installed perfectly and I find myself obsessively checking my A/C usage on the app for my thermostat. It’s neat to see how well the system works through numbers.
I am beyond pleased with the whole experience and I, truly, appreciate how great Tiger employees have been and always are.

I’ve been using them for years. Quick response professional at what they do. From the person who answers the phone to every technician I have ever dealt with. Friendly answers all questions I just had a tech out to solve a small problem he diagnosed and replaced the part very quickly

Had a specialist come out and give me a quote… almost 10 grand to replace the ducts and 3 grand to reseal! Went to a different company and they said they were perfectly fine and only needed to be resealed and paid a fraction of the cost. Don’t let this company scam you out of your money. Do the research!

Same day service! I was so surprised I was able to call and have the repair done in roughly an hour after calling!

Iris was so professional on the phone, Tanya (sp) called back almost right away to tell me a tech was on the way, and Scott was so quick and professional with the repair.

I called because my A/C was not blowing cool air, and Scott diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes of arriving. 15 minutes later and the A/C was blowing cool air again.

I had called another company, left voice mail, waited on hold for 20 minutes to answer (no answer) and then called Tiger Services. I'm very happy with their service and recommend them highly! Very reasonably priced, as well.
