They fixed our broken AC on the same day! Granted, we pay for the annual maintenance plan, so that may have bumped us to the front of the line, but then again, not many folks getting AC repairs in December! Thanks Tiger

Nick from Tiger services showed up with the friendly smile, great attitude, explained everything he was doing step by step. Also explained some extras we could do to help prolong the life of our unit. Took the time to video chat with my husband who was at work and explain to him as well....thank you Nick!!

Called on a Sunday before 1:00. They returned my call within 25 minutes and the technician arrived a little after 2:00. was told that the problem was the capacitor. It took him 5 minutes to install then checked the freon level and that was good. It took the technician more time to fill out the repair receipt than it took him to fix the problem. I paid $553 for a capacitor that retails at Walmart and Amazon for $26. That was after a $100 Senior Discount. My service call was $134 plus the capacitor $553 minus the discount, for a grand total of $587. Was not a good day for me. Hard to believe that this company can make a profit of $527 for a product that cost them probably less the $26 even on a weekend. Not very American.

My wife and I have depended on Tiger Services for the past ten years to maintain and repair the HVAC system at our home in Monte Vista, and we have never been disappointed by their fine work. Not only is he a first class professional, he maintains a sterling personality. He really cares about his customers. Recently, my wife and I were out of town, leaving our ill adult daughter at our home. For me "A Top-of-the-Line Company, period. I have been with Tiger for over 12 years. Tiger has replaced my system 2 times. The Technicians have always been excellent.
The Second time Tiger replaced my unit was due to CPS turning the electricity off and on in rapid successions in the winter due a bad snowstorm, Feb 15, 2021, that caused the main system to blow.
Today we had routine maintenance done, Emanuel was the Technician. The best Technician to date. He was CDC compliant with mask and shoe covers. He was so very thorough with cleaning. He didn't just wash the filters, he brushed very carefully and with high pressure air cleaned the filters and thoroughly checked the whole system and all parts were cleaned inside the house and outside the house. He insured the area was spotless when he left. I my book Emanuel was the ideal technician and show Tiger Cares for its clients. Thank you Emanuel.

I was so pleased and impressed with their professional services and technicians that I have ever since relied on Tiger to maintain the system every 6 months. Today was the 6-month service.
