Tiger Services Air Conditioning and Heating

Came out same day and offered options on how to repair the issues we were having w our AC. Technician was not pushy at all and explained everything to me. Would 100% use them again.

Update 5/3/2023 - Tiger is still great to work with, and Dan is still the man! I don’t think I’ve ever left two reviews for one company, but it’s something I’ll do for Tiger!

Original review - Dealing with HVAC issues is costly, and never fun, but Tiger Services is genuinely one of the best companies I’ve ever dealt with in any industry. Their staff is incredibly professional, and take time to thoroughly explain issues encountered.

They will even ask you questions and give tips to try to avoid unnecessary service calls, saving you money!

I want to give a big shout out to Dan, who has come to service our system the last few times. He is an awesome technician! Tiger is lucky to have him!

They were professional, timely and reasonably priced. The same technician always visits and he’s great.

I had a person from this company to come and look what I needed he made rough estimate and call me later in the day saying we were ready to sign I signed the agreement and he signed the agreement listing all prices and services I even gave him my credit card he took a picture of it so the next day he calls me and says he cannot sell it for that price in Texas if you make a legal agreement and sign it you have to honor it my lawyer Will get in touch with this company

Have used Tigers for almost 20 years… they have replaced, repaired n maintained our four Trane HVAC systems perfectly

Service technician seems quite thorough. He explained why he was performing each of the tasks he did so that I understood the importance of these tasks.

Installed a new Heat Pump system and furnace. They showed up on time, worked effeciently, put down a cover on all of the floor area where they walked, they were friendly, and our new units have been working perfectly. I would highly recommend Tiger Services.
