Troy was really knowledgeable and very friendly! He explained what was wrong with my system in a way I could understand and gave me options and a clear timeline for what needed to be done. I appreciated not feeling pressured to spend a ton of money right then. They’ve definitely earned my business!

Troy was very knowledgeable and professional. I have 2 very old HVAC systems and he went thru each very carefully to find what maintenance could be done to extend the life of each unit until I begin a major remodel of the house and full system replacement within the next 18 months. While he did not perform any maintenance due to the coils being so old, he did give great advice of what to do and how to do it. He also did not try to up-sell me a new unit or new coils, but just let me know the possibilities of probable failure soon so I could perform possible maintenance and be prepared for when the units do fail. Troy is very kind and it was a pleasure having him in our home.

Alex arrived at the appointed time. He was professional and very knowledgeable. He took his time and explained everything that was going wrong with our system. We appreciated him providing us with different cost efficient options, that worked best for us. We know who to call for any future A/C or heating issues.

Today I am upset with Radiant Air Conditioning! I am 83 yrs old, I have Asthma and Heart Problems. I had my house remodeled and now there is dust blowing out of my air conditioner from the inside and outside. I made an appointment with Radiant and then I received a text that they would not be coming because they had too many a/c's that were not working in this hot weather. So today I called and explained my age and health problems and they told me that they would be calling in the FALL to schedule my appointment. So an elderly woman with health problems has to breathe in this dust for 4 more months???? I had signed up with Schmidt Mechanical and they were a great company....I am wondering if Radiant A/C has over extended themselves and so sad to see Schmidt Mechanical go!

Jason's smile made the stress of this unknown yard leak repair calming! We were so pleased that we had him do a couple more plumbing installations/repairs! It was COLD outside this morning, but Jason never lost that smile while digging in the mud!! What a Rockstar. Thank you, Jason and thank you, Radiant!

John was great! Very professional, very knowledgeable and helpful. Found the leak, explained everything to me, got the job done, no more leaks!!!

Our AC stopped working and Anthony came out at 6p to look at our system. He checked out our unit, took pictures and video then explained our options. Given that it was after hours, he assured us he would look into the parts and give us an estimate first thing in the morning. He kept his word - called us first thing and explained all of our options. A few hours later we had AC again. Anthony did a fantastic job but more than that he was just a great person and very personable. Thankful for him and his skills to fix our unit.
