The technician, Alex Rymera, was very courteous as well as very thorough with his inspection of the HVAC unit inside and out. Not only was he knowledgeable but he took the time to go over all points that were checked as well provide valuable information to help me maintain the unit in between service appointments. I highly recommend Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning and will continue using their service indefinitely.

They fixed my air conditioner within 24 hours of calling them. Other companies would have left me waiting two weeks in 100 plus degrees. Problem was thoroughly diagnosed and the repair was done professionally. Troy is outstanding. Thank you so much!!!!

Called Radiant this morning for an AC unit that was not cooling the house. Within hours they sent a technician, Anthony, to my house. Ended up being a classic 'turn it off and on again' issue. Despite the easy diagnosis, Anthony educated me on how the unit works and how important maintenance is. This was going above and beyond, and was certainly not necessary. Greatly appreciate the help today from Radiant and Anthony. House is cool again, and I learned a ton. Will be calling them in the future if issues arise, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone with AC or plumbing issues.

He's very knowledgeable and provided invaluable tips on system settings to improve comfort, future maintenance and system protection. Highly recommend for future service!

VERY knowledgable and worked hard to educate us on our system as some problems are always your own understanding. they quickly found the issues causing our AC to perform slowly and fixed it all in one visit. the pricing is super fair, and before they left, our house was cooling better before they left than it ever has.
