Troy came and identified the problem, and he also gave great advice to help maintain a good working system (I’m a new homeowner). Great work!

Alex Rymers was so incredibly professional, kind, and attentive to detail with the inspection of our A/C system. He was so thorough with his evaluation and explanation of what was going on, showing me multiple pictures and a detailed breakdown of options to move forward. He presented the information in a way that made sure I was educated, but not pressured to move forward until I was ready and equipped with the best plan. I will definitely be contacting him again for future service!

Jason replaced the broken pipe under the house, leaving it in better shape than before. He made sure the new section was wrapped tight for the next freeze and shoveled the dirt back along the edge to keep rain from having quick access. Jason was friendly and helpful, so we will ask for him next time.

Jason Repman was great! He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He looked at our leaking bathtub faucet and explained what the cause was pretty quickly. He also checked other areas of our plumbing and the water pressure for us and explained everything very thoroughly. If we need this company's services again, I'll definitely be requesting him.

Joey, Humberto and Manny was awesome. He helped me out alot. Definitely taught me about the AC units and how they
are supposed to work.

Troy Barnett was a joy to work with! He genuinely cares about his clients and wants the best for them. I’m a young women and I always get nervous about doing stuff like this because many companies take advantage of my lack of knowledge and love to tack on the fees for stuff. This was not the case with Troy! He went the extra mile and taught me all about my AC and showed me where everything was located. With 22+ years of experience choose nobody other than Troy. He’s amazing! ❤️

**Update**
AC began not cooling one evening. Called around 7pm and they were there the next day at 9am. They were able to start installing the new unit the next morning — and they even loaned us a window unit for the bedroom so we could sleep in the house. Great people. Great company. Will use again.

We’ve been using Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning for almost 9 years and we’ve been nothing but satisfied. Our most recent maintenance service was with Troy and he is an amazing technician. He was professional, punctual and was great at walking us through the maintenance process he performed. We appreciated that he also recommended parts to lengthen the life of our AC with multiple package plans without being pushy. With this level of professionalism and efficiency from Radiant’s technicians, we will be sure to continue its services for years to come.

My AC went out after hours(9:30).I called Radiant. The dispatcher was very kind and ensured that they would make sure I was taken care of. Within, 30 minutes, the technician Alex, called me, gave me a couple of options of services and arrived at my residence within the hour. Alex arrived, he introduced hisself. Explained all fees in a professional manner and maintain his professionalism, even at 11pm. He was Thorough and ensure that I understood what the issue was. He fixed my AC and made sure that I was satisfied with the services that he provided. Thank you Radiant and Alex Rymer for making this an stress free and easy process after hours.
