We are so grateful for the quick response time and detailed service provided by Troy today. We called and he was here within a few hours to assess our AC issue. Excellent service from Kelt Bell the sales rep to Steven and Manuel the installers. All my questions were answered prior to the install to my satisfaction. The installers were very professional, attentive and worked their butts off until the job was done. Great job all around. Very happy with the new unit.

Troy did a great job at fixing our problem. He was knowledgeable and professional. He installed a thermostat and serviced our AC unit that was clogged and leaking. Took about 2 hours. Cost about $400 and I still have 2 free visits this year to get my AC unit cleaned and evaluated. It's been 2 hours since he left and our AC and thermostat work like new. Would recommend 👌🏽

Absolutely terrible experience. Made an appointment for a hot water heater for 8 AM. By 10 AM, no one had called or shown up. I had to call dispatch 3 separate times. Recruited a text @ 12:45 that someone would arrive in 30-45 minutes. Technician finally arrived @ 2:05 PM! I had repeated texts & calls into a manager who had the audacity to not return my calls nor texts. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE from a manager! I do not recommend this business at all!

I contacted Radiant Plumbing because my home was no longer under warranty and I saw the great reviews online. My technician Gil Jones and Joseph McGow were very professional and provided great value. They provided several solutions for my plumbing issue that would help me save money. Furthermore, they factored in a quote where I was able to trench a new hole for them that would allow me to save even more. Plumbing issues can be expensive but I believe I was able to receive a quality solution at a great price.

Had our AC unit stop working on the fourth of July, called and said we would get a call back sometime the next day. I informed them if they could be here asap due to the fact my elderly disabled grandmother lives with me , and they had our ac fixed first thing the next morning.
Radiant is very professional and responsive.
They really do have their customers best interests at heart.

Wonderful experience with Troy Barnett! He was extremely professional and knowledgeable in his field. He explained everything that was not performing properly with my 12 year old system during the diagnostic. And even found several issues that he was able to fix on the spot during the same appointment.

I wanted to share my experience and disappointment with the service received from this company. Our ceiling and walls were significantly water damaged because of something from our AC (I later found holes in the condensate drainpipe as the culprit, missed by the service tech), discovered on 11JUN. I called Radiant to help identify the cause/source of the leak and provide a fix. My initial impression with Radiant was very positive, their call center was available 24hrs and while they couldn’t promise a technician to come out the next day they did follow up and have someone scheduled the day after.
The service tech arrived as scheduled on 13JUN and started assessing the potential cause of the leak but wasn’t able to identify a source due to the crawlspace layout (old house problems) and was hesitant to cut any holes in the ceiling although I gave permission to do what he needed as the ceiling was going to be torn out anyway (I ultimately torn out the ceiling of the affected area myself while he waited in his van, as his “manager” told him he wasn’t allowed to). After a couple hours of testing the system and looking around his “diagnosis” was that the insulation on the one of the primary lines was missing and/or chewed by rodents which was causing excessive condensation. I was skeptical of this being the cause, as the amount of water damage seemed to be more than the result of excessive condensation, but he stated that with the amount of insulation missing that this was likely the cause. He reinsulated pipe and was on his way. About 30-40 minutes later a gush of water falls from the ceiling. Following the water, I was able to identify where the leak(s) was coming from and immediately called Radiant who notified the service tech to return. Upon his return I showed him the exact source of the leak, which after consulting with his manager informed me that an installer would need to come to fix this issue after parts were ordered and that he would call me the following day to get that appointment scheduled.
Fast forward to today, 27JUN, three weeks (!!!) since my initial appointment and the condensate drainpipe was just replaced and I hesitate to say fixed I have not been to the house to verify. From the initial appointment to now, I have called almost every other day inquiring about status updates about when this appointment would be scheduled. With each call I was informed that they have left messages with “dispatch” or the service tech, and they will call me with updates/scheduling. In three weeks-time I received no calls from anyone at this company directly yet was assured that someone would call me back each time I made an inquiry, to include asking to speak with someone in a managerial/supervisory role. I am astounded by the lack of follow-up to keep customers informed and it truly speaks to a lack of professionalism and general courtesy. I am truly disappointed with this experience and will definitely look elsewhere for any future HVAC needs.

I’ve used Radiant for service several times over the years. They have always been on time, professional, courteous, and capable of fixing our system on the spot. I trust them enough that I sought quotes from them for a new system, and I was equally pleased with representatives they sent out to assess my needs and for their quick estimate and thorough explanation of their offering.
