Henry did a wonderful job. I needed to have my HVAC serviced for the sale of my home (something I should have been doing regularly but didn't know). He arrived on time, serviced my HVAC, changed my filter for me, and even educated me on some things I wish I would have known when I purchased my home a few years ago. Once the work was completed, I received a detailed invoice and pictures. The price was also very reasonable considering the quotes I received from other companies. I've since moved so I won't be able to use their service again. But I highly recommend them! Thank you to Henry for your work and professionalism!

Very prompt on arrival. Wayne was exceptionally courteous and found the problem and temporally fixed the leak which was the air conditioning service, 72 Degrees, not properly installing a drip line. He is a true ambassador for your company. We are very satisfied with his work.

Wayne, Jake, Garrett and John are the personification of extreme customer service and professionalism. One does not see those qualities very much anymore. My water heater issue started as a simple restart. It then mushroomed into a factory defect and these gentlemen took it all in stride and delivered what they said they would with total professionalism and dedication to the customer, their assigned task, and their company. These men are wonderful. Thank you for hiring men with extraordinary qualities and standards.

I learned so much from Radiant Plumbing sending Gill out to my home today. He tested the hardness of my water and explained Texas' water to me. I felt reassured that my showers weren't leaking, but may need a new water heater. Please come down on your prices. These guys are great, so long as you can afford them. If you use them ask for Gill. He's great!

I noticed a leak under the kitchen sink on Thursday evening. and called the 24hr. service line. Spoke to a articulate and helpful person who scheduled us for the following day (requesting a morning call). Was contacted by Radiant Dispatch around 0800 the next day (Friday) and was informed a plumber could be at our place within an hour or so. Mr. Jason Repman showed up on time and with a great "can-do" and cheerful attitude. After examining the issue he exited to his vehicle to prepare a bid for repair. I braced myself for an incoming bid-missile. The bid was very fair and reasonable; relief! The work was efficient, extremely thorough and actually exceeded my expectations because Jason was noticeably careful to make sure any peripheral issues were addressed as well. Bottom line: When we need a plumber again, we will be calling Radiant and requesting Jason in particular.

The business model is flawed and never stuck to appointment times or agreed times. Had to follow up 10+ times when technicians were a no show.
