Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning

I had an HVAC tuneup with Radiant. I hired them last year as well. Troy Barnett came over and met me. He was on time experienced, polite and professional. He was also honest with me and broke down my options in a way I could easily understand.

I recommend Troy and Radiant and have also hired them to help with plumbing in the past.

Troy was awesome to work with. Informed me how my AC works and showed where the faults lie in my system.

Dispatch was great too. They also kept me informed when they will be on the way and any challenges.

Radiant is lucky to have an AC Tech such as Troy. He was very knowledgeable, sincere and helpful. He gave us an in depth evaluation on our system and walked through plans and costs to fix the issues. I’m giving this business only three stars because when I first scheduled I was told my tech would be there Monday morning as our ac went out on a Friday. Monday morning comes and goes so I call and they tell me to expect a call after two. Two o’clock passes by and I get an update via text that I was next on the schedule. At five I get a call stating that they will not make it to my house that day and that I will be able to be serviced Tuesday. Tuesday comes and same thing, morning comes and goes and I call them again. They tell me I’m on the schedule but I was not first call, mind you I sat in my hot house all day with a toddler and an infant waiting the day before. I was very close to cancelling my appointment and going with another company. Redeemed by their awesome tech, otherwise I would not bother again. Ask for Troy!

Troy was excellent! He was on time, explained everything he was doing and looking at in detail so that I could understand what the issue was. He gave me multi tiered options and recommendations for repairs and let me select the best for my budget with no pressure. He was also very kind and friendly. Thank you Troy!

Alex was immaculate and very professional. He took his time to look through our unit indoor and outdoor and was very good at explaining what we’re the damages on our system and his concerns. He gave us repair options with a range of prices so we could pick what’s the best choice for us, this was a big plus because we are first time home buyers.

The technician, Gil, was great! Very knowledgeable and professional, I could tell he actually wanted to help us get our water leak issue resolved. Will definitely recommend the company to anyone needing plumbing assistance.

Even though I didn't use this business, I felt I had to show my appreciation to Marina and Gil Jones. When a water pipe burst on my front lawn, I called and spoke to Marina. She was so sweet and empathetic. She put a priority on my call so someone could come out to my house as soon as possible. Gil Jones arrived, and unfortunately, my brother had called another plumber, who was already present. I let Gil know, and he graciously said no problem. He left but came back soon after to explain the process of fixing the leak and the work involved. What makes him special to me is that he didn't want me to be taken advantage of, and he took the time to make sure I knew what to expect from the other plumber. Fortunately for me, the information that Gil gave me was the same as what I was told, and the leak was fixed. Even though I didn't use Radiant Plumbing & A/C, I am so grateful to them for being helpful and kind. I will definitely reach out to them if I ever need to. I'm sure their services are worth 5 stars, just as Marina & Gil are. Thank you guys so much!🙂

Our technician John was very professional and took the time to explain thoroughly everything he was doing. Our A/C is now working great. We also signed up for the yearly maintenance plan!

Wayne came by quickly. He was professional and friendly. The whole time, I was thinking this guy deserves a raise.
