Gilbert Jones was our technician and did an amazing job! He was very professional but personable, worked with our schedule, and got us set up with hot water in a very quick manner!

Troy inspected the HVAC systems in my home, and provided a clear, thorough explanation of issues and of ways to address these issues. He was calm and patient in his explanation, and showed me photos to highlight issues he thought were especially urgent. Troy earned my trust and I would like him to continue to service my heating and AC needs.

His years of experience in this field insured, a proper diagnosis and the mitigation steps necessary to initiate repairs. There are many dishonest and/or inexperienced HVAC technicians, and companies in San Antonio that do not have their customers as their highest priorities; they only care about the bottom line, and the money derived from erroneous and overpriced servicing.Radiant air conditioning company is not one of these. Jason did an outstanding job he was able to fix my leak quickly. He was very professional and kept everything clean while having to cut open my wall and roof to repair my pipe. I highly recommend Jason and if I need any work done in my house, I will be giving him a call.

We asked for a second opinion because the first company tried to sell us a new hot water heater. It turned out to be a regulator and water softener issue. Our tech took the time to explain the problem and gave us options for how to fix it.

We had an issue with water temperature and pressure at our home in Austin, and contacted Radiant who sent us Gil. Despite our house putting up a fight, he faced and overcame the challenges as a professional, took great care and respect for our home, and solved all of our issues and then some. I would happily recommend him to anyone.

We had an underground water leak, 2 1/2 gallons per minute. Repair and all work was completed next day. Radiant representative is prompt, and he has a nice personality.

Great job installing water softener and new showerhead. Very polite and very helpful. He made sure I new how to operate all the equipment.
