Well from the start I was really dissatisfied this man got off his truck smiling like one of my cats that swallowed my granny's cannery and really love it, and as the he looked over the job inspect it and really tried to save it but I knew you can't save a dead horse so we settled on what we needed to have done no push what so ever he worked hard all day with out even taking a brake and not just that as far as the job he reminded me of my drill sergeant saying if you don't go do not just your best but go above and beyond on everything you do the work would be a waste of time as for my disappointment I love a good fight and there as none not even a sand kick, I would say if you don't keep Jason your hurting your business Jason keep it up kid your going places.Charlie Astorino The Texas Italian Stallion yall

I ended up opting for my home warranty to do the repair but it wasn’t because of Troy. He was VERY good at explaining the issues and advising me on the best course of action. I have no issues using this company or him in the future. They got me on the schedule same day and treated me as a priority. Great company, great employees

Let me start with saying that Alex, the technician was great. He was helpful and informative, as much as he could be. My complaint is more with the company practice than anything. I called and was told that there was a $39 service fee and that they would send a technician out. I asked about additional charges and was told that if we accepted services that the initial fee would be waved. What I was not told was that once the tech gave a cursory glance at everything, any checking of the system beyond that would increase the charge by at least $120. After taking a look at everything, he brings us several quotes, in which even the “bare minimum” included some upsell, and at worse is recommending a new system for a 3 year old model. Over $170 to do nothing. Went with another company, paid less than their “diagnostic” to get the whole thing fixed.

1/23/2023 Continued great service. This time Jason from plumbing division provided a plumbing inspection and I added in a hot water heater flush. Thorough inspection with tiered options for some repairs and mx. The hot water heater flush went great with informative explanation of the process. Great work.

6/24/2022 second A/C unit went down today. Great service like last month. I called for the servie in the morning and technician arrived few hours later. Prompt and courteous work. Technician Lucas explained the process what he was checking and the plan of action. A/C was back up and running in no time.

5/10/2022 I cold called at 1000 am for A/C repair service for a failed system not working and the tech arrival was only 2 hours later. Dispatch called and sent a text when Tech was 20 minutes prior to arrival. The technician, Troy, was polite and explained his plan to troubleshoot problems and what to expect along the way. Each step he explained items he was finding in system causing system to not work properly. It took some time for him to research parts and carefully put together pricing to repair sytem or consider replacing as this A/C system was 12 years old. He provide a tiered set of options from bandaid fix solutions, to mx items probably should fix as well as they were close to failing and estimate range to replace system. His truck had a supply of necessary repair parts to get system running again while I considered replacement options. Great service by Troy and Radiant support team taking call to set up and keep me informed of tech arrival.
