Joseph M. did a great job of getting our condenser unit running in prime condition just in time for the dog days of summer. He went through our entire system and gave much needed advice on what we should be mindful of for future maintenance and addressed our immediate concern in a timely fashion. The only things I will be constructively critical of is 1) how the payment options were presented and 2) a few days bump back in schedule. I'd rather be presented with a cash price vs. financing options initially. But I understand why they do it this way, and it's not the technician's responsibility to determine how this is handled. Joseph did his job well. Also understand this is a very busy time of year for AC business! Overall a solid job by Joseph and Elmer's! Thank you!

Mario is an absolute Godsend. He was very personable, honest, compassionate, and went above & beyond to assist us in making decisions for our AC unit. It honestly felt like we had known him our entire life.

Elmer's plumbing was punctual, I was contacted in a timely manner to be made aware they were on the way. When they entered the home they were respectful of the home and had little shoe booties.
As for the service, they only spent about 10-15min in the home. They fixed the garbage disposal issue I was experiencing very quickly. Michael was knowledgeable and friendly. He didn't just fix the issue and walk away, he showed me how I could do some troubleshooting at home before having to call, which would save me money and save them time, although he never made me feel like I wasted his.
Highly recommend!

We love everything about this company. We have used them for years. Today we had them come out to drain our drain pan. Johnathan did a fantastic job. Our dog loved him and he is a good judge of character. I am so happy with the service form the first phone call this morning to Johnathan helping us out. Thanks again!

I had a clogged kitchen sink and called the number listed, they dispatched someone SUPER fast. Sergio was extremely friendly and professional. He made quick work and made sure to show me and explain the whole process. Sergio was very knowledgeable, and made sure to answer all my questions, I highly recommend Elmer and especially Sergio if you need any plumbing services! Kudos!!

Intake call center - They were responsive when calling after hours on a Friday night and got us scheduled as needed. The follow-up confirmation call the day prior to scheduled services and the morning of scheduled services was much appreciated.

Scheduled HVAC system repair - Nathan, Michael M., Joshua and Chris were professional, responsive, and provided quality services:

- Courteous and took time to connect with clientele
- Explained everything they were going to check
- Provided photographic evidence of their system checks and recommended repairs
- They were patient and informative in explaining the necessity of each repair and the cost differences
- Prompt in their repairs and respectful of property
- They provided us information about the different financing options, and assisted with securing and completing financing process
- Provided information about other services Elmer's offers, along with membership benefits and options

Unscheduled Terminator services - Lee was professional, responsive, and provided quality services:

- Prompt response time
- Explained different Terminator treatments and payment options
- Courteous and took time to connect with clientele and animal family members, to include safety precautions post treatment. This included safety precautions for garden edibles post treatment.
- Respectful of property during treatment
- Provided information about membership benefits and options depending on necessity/frequency of treatments

I received two quotes for new installation of A/C units, one from Elmer’s and one from Jon Wayne. The quotes were very close but Elmer’s came in slightly cheaper but definitely way less value than Jon Wayne. Jon Wayne provided way more value for the cost, they install additional air intakes at no extra charge, clean the duct work, and ensure all ducts in the attic or crawl space are sealed properly, and wifi thermostats all for about $200 to $300 more for a house about 3500 sqft.

Elmer’s on the other hand, only comes with the installation and duct cleaning. We were charged for additional air intakes and told we would get a quote for sealing the ducts in the attic. However, I have found poor followup with Elmers and never received a quote for sealing the ducts or quote for installing a water softener.
After the installation we found a leak in the upstairs unit, definitely disappointing considering the price.

Definitely recommend choosing their competitor, Jon Wayne.

You can see the water leaking from this brand new unit. The quality control team they sent out a few days after the installation missed this. Not sure what the QA/QC team does.

I did get a reply from someone at the business but the email address was incorrect

The water leaking was caused by the installer placing to P traps which caused the water to backup in the system. Installers not trained properly.

5/16/2023:
The a/c unit is still leaking water although a technician did come out yesterday to fix it. He was very courteous but did not fix the problem. Elmer’s does have a lemon guarantee, I think.

05/17/2023:
I added new videos, the leaking unit is still not fixed. Let’s see about the fourth time.

We've used Elmer's for a new Ac unit, for a new heating system, & minor & major plumbing problems! I highly recommend them! The are very courteous, and knowledgeable at what they are doing! They explained everything to me, before they did anything to our house & after they finished the job, they did not leave until I understood everything that was done! They even help on all payment options for my budget! I highly recommend Elmer's! Five Stars!!!

Mr. Mario was such a great person. His interaction with my parents while helping them with our air conditioning was very pleasant. He was very detailed in explaining what was wrong with our air conditioner. I really like that he allowed me to interact with all three of them and ask questions. He was very nice and he took the time to ask us questions about my brothers military career. He shared his gratefulness for that and even told us about his military career choices. I’m so thankful that Mr. Mario was sent to us and will be getting our house back to cooler temperatures.

Our technician Nick was simply amazing!! He was professionalism and knowledge personified. He was very thorough and patient in explaining what needed to be done to our AC unit and very respectful of our property as well as us! His 20 plus years of experience in the industry is exemplified in his work ethic and knowledge of his craft. Elmer's should definitely consider giving Nick a bonus and promotion!! He is indeed an asset to your company and he did an excellent job repairing our AC. We will request Nick for future maintenance on our unit.
