One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating

Woke up to an uncomfortably warm house and called at 6am on a Saturday, figuring I'd get a recording about their hours of operation. Instead, I got an answer, and they dispatched a service tech - Jonathan showed up about 9am and Nathan joined later in the day. They stayed until seven in the evening to make sure the system was operational. Highly impressed with their responsiveness and tenacity.

Bryan with One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Pflugerville-Austin came on one of the hottest days of the week when we didn’t have air conditioning and saved the day. He fit us in last minute and was able to quickly diagnose the problem, find a part that would work, fix it and then stayed until he was sure that our house was cooling off. I would recommend Bryan to anyone and everyone and cannot thank the team at One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Pflugerville-Austin enough for fitting us in today. Thank you!

$10k for complete 14 seer 3.5 ton unit!! This did not include new plenum or air ducts! For the next 2 years, each maintenance visit, they tried to sell us something new. Each summer without fail, unit stops working& needs to be flushed! Fast forward 3 years later, just got word by another Co. That air ducts are infested with mold & they will fall apart if vacuumed, must be replaced! Another $1800! Chaching! Should have realized DURING INSTALL when BRAND NEW TECH was receiving step by step instructions BY PHONE!! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHADY CO!

This company replaced all my air conditioner ducts on two a/c systems. The installation included larger, more efficient ducts, electronic filters, a zone system and UV light systems to keep the ducts clean. The installers were very courteous and respectful; they worked for 4 days in the attic in 100 degree weather. Installation quality was excellent. We did have a couple of problems but the company was as good as their word. They responded quickly to my complaints and corrected all problems immediately. I would definitely call them again.

My AC went out so I called first thing in the morning, they were able to schedule someone to come out same day to look at it. Jacob was very informative, polite and thorough. I would definitely recommend contacting them for and service needs. Great company and great service.

We have been waiting for 2 days now. Not even a response. The nice lady that answers the phone keeps apologizing and keeps telling me that the techs are not even responding to her calls either. Not even status on ETA. IF WE WEREN'T TIED TO THEM DUE TO THE WARRANTY WE WOULD DEFINITELY GONE ELSEWERE.

Elmer’s came today to save me from a heat crisis! They were at my home within 2 hours of my initial call (where other companies had a 2 to 10 day waiting period). My service tech (Nick V) was quick, friendly, and efficient getting my unit back to cold before the heat of the horrible San Antonio day hit.
I was given 4 options to choose from starting at a bandaid up to a full ‘reboot’ and was able to choose the option that fit into my budget. Additionally, they were able to wave the diagnostic fee. Thanks for the save today!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!Horrible company. Horrible business practice. They do NOT care about you. They will lie to you and let you be without air conditioning in 100 degree weather for days because of a part not being available when they thought it will be. They will set an appointment to work on your broken not working ac unit and not show up. Twice!!! When you call to ask why they did not show for the appointment Twice!!!! they made they will act like it is not a big deal. When you ask to speak with a manager or someone in charge they ask for your number and lie that someone will call you back. Spend your money somewhere else. Spread the word.
