They respond promptly. I appreciate that the customer service is excellent from the phone call for the free evaluation to the deep cleaning of the air ducts. The technician that came for the evaluation was professional and patient. He explained everything he say in the ducts and how it was affecting the air quality in our house and he was able to schedule our cleaning the next day to ensure there's be no damage or bacterial growth spreading through the vents. The men that came the next day to to the cleaning were very thorough, they cleaned and disinfected everything. They should us picture of the before and after and it was a huge difference. I highly recommend Elmer's.

I called them for a plumbing issue I have had for months and kept stalling for the fear of having to pay a high price for getting it fixed. This was my first time calling and using Elmer's. I called them because they are close by and 2nd I have seen them servicing my neighborhood more frequently than others. Well I can see why, they are a caring and very informative business that looks out for their customers. I love their professionalism and how their trained techs shows it. Sergio Y. was the young man assigned to my call. He went way beyond out of his way to give us options of resolving our issues. Never felt pressured, just felt cared for our best interest. Even went out of his way for getting us approved by his manager for an affordable price. We are senior citizens on a fixed income and really really appreciate this business helping us out. Having a heart for helping us senior citizens that are struggling at this time with the economy. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart and my prayer is that God Blesses this business. The guys were very professional, check everything in the house made additional recommendations , never felt pressured to get additional work done. Fixed the problem promptly and went over what they did with me and explained the warranty on their work. Great guys and a great company.

Everything was perfect from the start to the finish. They were on time each visit and very fast. Papers signed and AC/Heat new system installed and operating within hours same day. Two days later they came back out to clean the air vents. Vince and Joseph from San Antonio came in to train the new DFW crew and you could not even tell they were here.The entire experience was really pleasant!

We used Elmer’s for our AC install last year, and this year for cleaning and a new drain line/compressor. A person always answers on the phone, and everyone we have met is very professional, honest and hardworking. Also - Ian Martinez is the best!

Super Excellent Service, Joseph and Victor, were Very Knowledgeable of their Job, Explained Every Step and At the End Verefied that the Entire AC Unit was Working Properly Even Showed pictures of the Job done, Before And After.

Maintenance was performed on our AC system by Shane Elliott and he was outstanding and professional. I believe Shane truly understands that he is one of the faces that represent Elmer's. On a professional level he was great and on a person level he is even better. Great great guy that is a TRUE asset to your company. Hope you guys share that appreciation as well.

Friday evening of Memorial Day weekend, I discovered that my ac condensation line was clogged and overflowing through the front of the unit. Elmer’s was able to place me on the schedule for Sunday morning. Shane Elliott arrived promptly and examined my entire system. He made recommendations based on his exam along with photos. He cleared my drain, which lets me enjoy the rest of my weekend. Thank you to Shane for his time and effort and to Elmer’s for hiring professional employees!

Layton was such a professional. Very thorough, detailed, and explained everything clearly. He even kept his upbeat attitude when he got caught in the freak downpour while working on my outside unit! 😄

They installed two AC units and a heater for us last September and it’s been such an improvement.

This past week, Layton came out to do the scheduled maintenance checkup and he was very personable and friendly as well. He explained his findings thoroughly, and was even very kind to my curious toddler! Haha
