Manny Contreras is very mush Honest and well mannered. Very knowledgeable and took the time to explain our issues and all the systems/products they provide. We had a 20 yr old system. All plus ducting needed to be replaced. Will definitely continue doing business with.

Our technician, Shane Elliot is absolutely wonderful! Not only is he prompt and professional, he is knowledgeable, efficient, kind, and very thorough. He definitely went above and beyond repairing things that can be easily looked at. Even better is that he did charge for any minor repairs nor did he try to over sell me on anything. He is transparent, honest, and will tell you how it is. Very good at his job and highly professional. I definitely will have him as my preferred tech and will continue to have maintenance through Elmer's.

I wanted my system cleaned but unfortunately they found lots of problems! They gave us options & affordable choices! They're sending out a master technician to verify what the Ian found! I like that they get a second opinion & that they give you lots of affordable options. Very pleased with Ian he was very nice professional & courteous! I definitely recommend Elmer's!!

Charlie was awesome! Very professional, informative and actually showed everything that was wrong and that needed to be fixed. Not to mention we were in Afghanistan at the same time and now we're together here without knowing each other. He was terrific!!! I'm giving my daughter his card 😊😊😊

Guadalupe is amazing and has forever made me a customer at Elmer’s. He came late after a long day and still did a thorough examine of my ac. He fixed the issue and educated my family and I on the things we need to fix next. Definitely the most amazing service I’ve ever had. Treated like family!

Eli & Nathan saved the day. Their impecable customer service, (friendly, patient demeanor), quick excellent response & care about our well being on a scorching summer day made the unbearable, bearable. I appreciate their persistence with solving our problem & attention to detail. Our unit was up, running & cooling again. They listened to my questions/concerns & walked me through the process of addressing & fixing our unit’s concern. Customer service seems to be lacking these days, but these gentlemen restored my faith that there are servant leaders that still take pride in their work & still care for people. So far so good! Very thorough and informative! Received a call from dispatching minutes after booking online. Another call from dispatching before heading to our house. Again very informative and explained the whole process and what to expect. Bryan was our technician and was amazing! Checked our system while offering that he didn’t mind if I watched him work. I let him do his thing and once he was done troubleshooting, took me to our problem and explained everything then went to finish his evaluation of the whole system. Once complete, he went over his findings and emailed me copies of pics he took and his checklist. Unfortunately we had a catastrophic failure that couldn’t be fixed right away but offered to have an engineer come out to evaluate the next day…on a SUNDAY! We shall see what happens from here but so far an absolute awesome experience!

I scheduled an appointment a week ago for someone to come to my house
to service my AC. I had to rearrange schedules which cost me time and money because I was scheduling at their convenience to come out to my home. My appointment was for 6/27/23. I received a text message on 6/27/23 two hours before my scheduled appointment telling me that I was going to have to be rescheduled to next week because of their “high call volume”. Appointments mean nothing to this company and it also seems that they like to dictate who’s money is more important to them. Apparently my money isn’t good enough because if it was, they would have come to my house when they were scheduled to, and not try to reschedule me and push my appointment out to next week because their other customers are more important to them. Do not use this company if you expect to get treated like a valued customer. This was a very disappointing experience. I expected more from this company. The only reason why they get one star from me is because I can’t post a review without giving at least one star.
