Jonathan Pena and his partner were so efficient and helpful. They had my plumbing up and running after 3 days/and 2 others try and fix the problem. So thankful for their customer service! Definitely keeping their card and using them again!
Lawrence was highly professional and courteous. He was at my house simply for a quote. While inspecting the system, he found a couple of deficiencies that could jeopardize the unit and may cost me a significant amount of money if not fixed. He went above and beyond to make these small fixes to prevent big complications and didn’t charge for it at all. Because my shoe was in a meeting the first time he explained the inspection report, he went through the entire report again for their benefit and didn’t at all seem rushed or frustrated by this. If all of Elmer’s technicians are this good, they’ll always have my business.
Richard showed a great wealth of knowledge. Explaining and showing what was wrong, how to repair and explaing cost to us. His professionalism and demener were of high quality. He has been a pleasure to have him do our repair.
Showed up on time for every appointment. Gave me several options to fix my system or replace. We decided to replace and they did a fantastic job. They even scheduled a follow up a week later just to make sure all looked and was working well.
a few weeks ago I had Elmers come out for regular maintenance. They didnt show up during the agreed time and didn't call. I called them and we rescheduled. They got here and did some maintenance and I joined the member club for yearly maintenance. Unbeknownst to me, while they were here they blew out one of the breakers to the unit. Later that night they came back out but did not have the required breaker. They followed up the next day and everything was fine. A couple of weeks later my HOA sends me a picture and report of a vehicle, of the Elmers employee, speeding through my neighborhood. Fast forward to yesterday, I called because it seems two of my units aren't cooling properly. I called customer service and she told me "the trip charge is ... and it is up to the technician to decide if he will waive the trip charge." I argued with her but set the appointment anyway. The next person I talked to said that was bad information and there is no trip charge with the membership. My appointment was from 11 to 2 yesterday. no one showed. No phone call. We left the house at 2 after waiting all day. Searching the cameras, the guy showed up at 2:24. Maybe if he had called I would have waited for him. While I was out, I called customer service and the guy tells me that it showed the service was "in Progress." And I said "well, I hope not because I am not home." Apparently they fudge the story internally to make it appear as though they are meeting their time lines. Customer service said they would call me back yesterday to make up the appointment. Again... They did not call. This morning, some man calls and wants to reschedule. He did not apologize and didnt sound as if he gave two sh___ about any of it. In hind sight, I wish I did not purchase the club membership. I would not recommend this company. They dangle a cheap price but in the end you'll be paying for someone else anyway. Buyer beware.
After shopping around for ac units and possible repairs we came to the conclusion that none of the other companies compared To Elmers. Techs were phenomenal and very great. When they say they are about helping people it is not some gimmick. It’s real. They went above and beyond to help us get everything up and running. We will never use anybody else again but Elmers.

I had to change my 5 star to 2 because we were told that they would be back out to our house the next day and we never received an update and they never showed. We feel like they took our money and ran. We have to find another company to finish the job now. And hope this doesn't happen again. This rating is not for Dylan. It is for the company. Dylan was great!
Colton did an excellent job explaining what plumbing needed to be repaired. The repair team did a quality repair to bring the drain line to current standards. Araceli expertly coordinated the job and pulled it all together keeping us updated on the job. Leif finished the whole experience leaving us confident this main line was done correctly and we can count on On Time Elmer’s. 💯 percent satisfied.
