My toilet backed up very early on Friday morning. I have used Elmer's for all of my A/C needs for many years, so when I needed a plumber to come out I called Elmer's. I was very impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of Stephen and the other worker...I didn't get his name. I will always call Elmer's for my AC and plumbing needs! I highly recommend this company! You won't be sorry!

Scheduling a service was simple and easy. Called on a Saturday and they sent someone Monday morning. Our technician was Nathan and he was super polite and professional. He was also very knowledgeable and thorough in his assessment of our HVAC system and walking us through everything he saw. I would love to work with him in the future!

He was very responsive and respectful. He was honest and offer deals. He didn't pressure us into anything we were not ready for. We will definitely be using this company again and be requesting Mario every time. Overall a worry free experience

So I called yesterday so I can set up an appointment for them to come check my AC they sent me an appointment for today but didn't give me a time. They call me at 8:00 in the morning to set up a time to come out today it doesn't make sense it's very unprofessional make an appointment with no time notice what happens if somebody needs something to do it's ridiculous. Very bad first impression

Mario Olivares was an excellent technician who came out in the massive heat to help us with our AC unit. He was knowledgeable and helpful. We really appreciate all his guidance.

I Can’t say enough good things about Ian Martinez and Victor Davila! Not only did they know their stuff but they were also everything you’d expect- responsive, on time, etc. However, these two gentleman went above and beyond! They showed and explained things to me and also explained things to my husband via FaceTime! They were super patient and VERY good at communicating to us non ac specialists ( that’s rare!!). Still- the cherry on top was that they brought my trash cans in off the street! Who does that these days? I’ll tell you who- Ian Martinez and Victor Davila that’s who!! Thanks guys!

Nathan and Victor arrived in a timely manner to service the AC which was not functioning at peak capacity. They diagnosed the issues and made corrective measures to ensure continued efficiency for the next few years. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and most importantly to me, explained the costs, requirements, and recommendations upfront.

Hands down this is a wonderful company. Our experience from beginning to end has been excellent. We had a serious problem and Manny came by and explained our options. We immediately felt like our home was in good hands. Darrin and Nicolas came out the very same day to begin the repairs. It was such a massive job but they worked very hard until everything was done. They made sure they didn't leave a mess and did an amazing clean up afterwards. I can't thank these two gentlemen enough for getting all the work done fast and properly. We appreciate you!

Update: Everyone that came out and helped was polite and professional. But I want to make it known that I am super happy with the work that Hugo and Christian did repairing the wood under my sink due to water damage. Also Josh and Chris did an astounding job fixing my air vents so the whole house is getting the right amount of air flow. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Josh was knowledgeable, detailed, and efficient. Give these men a raise! If I could give more stars I would! Thank you! You are the best! ✨ ✨ ✨

I highly recommend Elmer's plumbing. They came out the very same day we had a leak in our bathtub. Daniel Meyer and Dylan Meyer gave us outstanding plumbing services and immediately assessed and kept us informed of everything that was needed and did the quickest most professional job at such a reasonable rate. Thank you for your excellence!

Hector and Eli did a very efficient job in replacing my air conditioner. It was also done very quickly. They were very polite and helpful!
