John Richmond was my Sales Rep . I am older and I have dealt with A LOT of Reps in various fields and John proved himself to be a cut above the rest. Prompt - attentive - thorough - and always pleasant - exactly what a Sales Rep should be. Those same traits were displayed by all of his installation crew. I live in an upstairs unit and my neighbor below had a question - one of the techs took the time to go downstairs and address the question without hesitation, despite being very involved in his task. There was no mess - no noise - no concerns of any kind. A portion of privacy fencing had to be removed to complete the installation outside - this was done and the fencing replaced (better than it was before). For such an unpleasant need - it was filled with smiles - courtesy and perfection. Would I recommend Climate Control and their and their staff of experts - 100%. I wish I could use them for everything I need done.

As originally installed in my new home, the A/C coil dripped condensate into the drip pan even though the primary drain was fully functional. Because of an electronic water sensor was installed in the pan, the system would shutdown. After a couple of service visits to determine the cause, the coil was replaced. The replacement unit is identical to the previously installed coil which may not cure the issue. Typically, the issue only occurred on high humidity days, so resolution may not be known until next summer. Quite frankly, from my engineering investigation background, the design of the Trane A/C coil is inadequate to prevent minor condensate leakage from the coil case. Only time will tell.

Very professional in their customer service skills. Mason/Rep was attentive to our questions, very likeable and patient. He was late but called ahead. We will use again.He did a thorough job on the a/c spring checkup.

Climate Control has always sent technicians who well trained, courteous, neat, and efficient. My Trane A/C and heating system is 13 years old and still runs like new. Much credit is due to regular inspections by Climate control techs. Mason serviced our system this morning. He recommended a couple of DIY measures to ensure the drain line stays clear.

I was pleased with the maintenance check of my heating system, Andrew was very thorough in the entire check. He found a capacitor that needed replacement and recommended I replace before it caused a system failure. I have been a customer of Climate Control for over 22 years and would not change companies.

Called about my AC unit not working and expecting at least a day or 2 wait but they got me in same day and even earlier than the window they provided. The tech got there and figured the issue out pretty quickly according to my son (i was at work) and got it up and running promptly. These are my go-to guys for anything AC and will continue to be the ones i call when i need a new unit eventually
